Our Yamaha SHO lower unit went out on our vacation to Lake Okeechobee. We called 5+ marinas and none could help. Fort Myers Marine said they had an extra unit in stock. Despite their busy schedule, they knew we were on vacation, so they fit us in today and installed the new unit. The guys were super nice and made sure we were put back in order. 4 hours of driving and 1 hour at the marine, now we’re back fishing. Great service!

We always heard this was a great place. Not so much! We had a horrible experience! Took our pathfinder in for service was told it would be $550. When we dropped boat off we let them know power poles were not working and should be under warranty. When we went to pick up boat got a bill for $1775 with no phone call! Who doesn’t call a customer to discuss price of something to repair if it’s not under warranty before repairing! Nobody cared, very rude! We will never go back and will be letting all of our boating community know not to go here either!

I’ve never left an online review before but feel like this one is well deserved. I purchased a used boat but you wouldn’t know it by the way the staff treated me. Chris, Brian, Ron, the service techs who did a standup job making this old boat look brand new, their office staff. Just an A+ effort all around. I would highly recommend Ft Myers Marine & will definitely go back when it time to upgrade!

What a wonderful group of people. From phone calls to in person everyone at this place is truly great.While shopping for a boat I met all of the staff from Chris the lot guy to Chris the salesman. I cannot say enough about them. Both Chris & Chris did a fantastic job of helping make my choice. The staff in the office were helpful and the staff in the shop about what when and how on maintaing and servicing the boat were perfect. They were right on with my budget and no games. Do yourself a favor and visit these guys last as its the only way you will appreciate their knowledge and professionalism and they are just great folks

Fort Myers Marine is Outstanding!!!
I was so dissatisfied with boat maintenance and repair services in the Naples area for many years, I called Fort Myers Marine to get an estimate. A nice lady Jaime connected me to the service Manager Myron. From the start, he was very helpful and quoted me a reasonable price. After my boat was taken to the Fort Myers Marine, within a few hours, I received a call from Manager Myron, informing me that my boat did not require a major repair service, which I thought I needed. I was impressed with his honesty. He recommended other minor repairs for the boat. He gave me the best price possible for various repairs and services. My boat was quickly fixed and within a day, I was back on the water. While I was testing my new Jack Plate, I was having some electrical issues. Whenever I called him, which was several times, he was always kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. With his proper guidance, I was able to fix all the minor issues. He was so helpful. Wherever I called the office staff, they were all friendly and made me feel I was never a bother.

I was SUPER satisfied with Fort Myers Marine and I believe I found the right boat service company for my boat. Manager Myron was very honest, professional, super knowledgeable, and so caring. If you ever need service on your boat, I highly recommend Manage Myron at the Fort Myers Marine! : )
