I am a luxury real estate broker. Therefore, I work with many professionals and Joyce is by far the Best at her craft and passion. She is a Master at Horticulture and Landscape Design while keeping in mind the environment, your lifestyle and level of care, the plants needs and being consistent with the architectural design of your home. She is timely and professional and able to navigate any scenario for my home or my listings as well as with other professionals. I love that she provides visuals of several landscape designs to select from tropical to traditional while explaining the care needed. She also knows what animals, such as deer that think your garden is a salad buffet for them so you don't waste money because they ate mine in the past. I have spent years every Spring investing money and time in my landscaping because it would look good short term but not come back the following year. I was planting the wrong things in the wrong places. I can not tell you the amount of stress and money She has saved me. When people come over to my home now, I am proud and they absolutely comment on how beautiful Everything is because of her beautiful long lasting designs. I love that she repurposes what you have, incorporates colorful plants and now we have beautiful butterflies and birds. Joyce is reasonable and well worth your investment of time and resources if you are looking to showcase your property to be more profitable to sell or to do your yard one more time and enjoy with low maintenance and beautiful

I hired Joyce to help me design the landscaping for my business and she knocked it out of the park. She helped create a plan, was paitent when I made changes and then worked with a local Landscaping Company to get everything installed. She was here as well when they did the install to make sure everything was completed the way we had discussed. Great service and follow through, I am so happy that I hired her to help me with this project
