I purchased a new Sporttrek Touring 343VBH from United. We have been looking for about a year to upgrade. Aside from the trailer being amazing, I have to say, the staff was/is exceptional. From the sales with the RV to the final checkout with accessories, I am highly impressed. Jeff is sales was honest and I felt like he heard everything I said. Tripp in finance was courteous, walked me through options and listened to my wishes as well. Phil was immediately helpful when I had questions. Marty with the final walk through was awesome and shared his wisdom. Sam (I hope that's correct ?) in accessories was very helpful, detailed in explanation and very honest in what I need or don't. I will be a repeat customer if these folks are around next time. Great job team!

I purchased the Lippert tankless water heater to replace my old Atwood. Tom recommended this unit and said that they have a great service record. Installation was very straightforward. However, the wrong door was sent. Tom quickly had the proper door sent out and provided me a shipping label to return the old one. I rate companies based on customer service and they certainly know how to take care of their customers. Thanks Tom!!

I contacted United RV for a replacement furnace that is no longer in production. David Arvizu assured me he had a trouble free replacement. Other than some numbers on stickers, it looked identical. The case was the exact measurements of the original. The gas line was on the right side so there was no modifications needed. I have been running it for a day now and I think it’s better than the original. I definitely have more air flow. Shipping was super fast. United RV will be my go to supplier in the future. Thanks again David, we can now get back to boondocking comfortably. Chuck

Giving 2 stars because the price of the $1300 AC unit was on sale significantly cheaper than anywhere else. But as far as the parts dept. service I give zero stars. Called ahead of time to make sure the part was there since I was coming from Austin, they said yes, call 20 min. before you arrive and we will pull it from the warehouse 1 mile down the road and have it ready. I call 45min ahead, get there and the unit is still not at the store. I wait around for 15 minutes before being told it’s going to be 30 more minutes before the unit arrives. After the 30 minutes is up I go back to the parts dept. where I’m greeted by the asst. manager Wes who informs me it’s going to take another 30 MORE MINUTES! Obviously I’m not happy and Wes doesn’t like being told that hat by a young man(I can tell) low and behold 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting at the store after calling 45 minutes ahead the AC unit finally shows up with the box all jacked up. We have to completely un-box it to make sure it’s not damaged. Wes offers no discount, no real apology, gives me his business card, and says call him directly next time. There will be no next time. What a joke. Spending $1400 at their business and this is how they treat their customers!

I ordered two roof mounted AC units for my 2014 Newmar coach when my mobile repair guy discovered they were both original. They have been operating fine for 20 years. United RV had them at a decent price and came highly recommended by my repair guy. Turns out he was right. One of them was found to have been damaged in shipment.
Not a big deal except that we spend the summer in the most isolated county in the lower 48. At almost 9000 feet, it’s a little complicated getting things in and out of our little community. Franky discovered that I had indeed bought shipping insurance, which meant that united would work with the shipper. Since the installation was half complete, I could not send back the damaged unit since it was keeping the rain out of the big hole in the top of my coach. Franky Went to bat with his supervisor and managed to ship me a new unit whose intact box I was able to use to return the defective one. This operation Often required after hours, phone calls, and in general, the team Went out of their way to get this job done! Both units have been in for almost a month now and are working perfectly!
