**Edit 6/24/24: Mr. Valdez did end up sending us our $500 refund on 6/21/24.

We hired him to remove trees and bushes and kill stumps. We told him we needed the stumps killed because the roots were growing into our septic system. He told us he killed them all and they would not grow back. Long story short every single stump he “killed” has grown back. He was going to come kill them again, but he allowed his insurance to lapse so we didn’t feel comfortable with him on our property. We paid him a total of $3500 for the entire project and requested $500 back for the stumps regrowing, He agreed but said it would be a few weeks. We have him 4 weeks and he keeps saying it’ll be a few weeks before he can give us a refund.

Absolutely ridiculous- we are having to pay lots of money to have the work he claim he did, done again AND for a 2nd septic inspection. (We had a septic inspection done prior to him coming out and roots removed from it.)

Valdez Executive Landscaping is not honest, reliable, trustworthy as his business card reads. I hired them in September 2023 to do my front & back yard landscaping. Today is 02/17/24 and my front yard is not complete along with the back yard practically untouched. Valdez began the front yard, at the end of October he stated he was ready to beginning the backyard so he could get them both done by the 1st week of November. He requested $30K to buy the material for the back yard. He never bought the material for the back yard & has evaded coming to complete the project. In the last 3 ½ months I have heard all the issues/excuses from family emergencies to broke down equipment. I have given this company the benefit of the doubt & at this point have to face the fact that he stole my money, has no intention of finishing the work. Beware that you do not fall victim as well. One more thing he assured me he was a licensed contractor & I have since found out he is not. He has an established LLC but is not licensed.

I received a letter from my HOA and due to the fires i was not home when i got the mail it said a large tree stump had to be removed by Monday and this was sat , i ask for someone on line and a friend told me Valdez Executive can do it i called and spoke with Michael Valdez we set up a time , he was on time , very polite and gave me a quote i was happy with he started right away . I came back out and the stump was gone and then Michael put all the rocks back and swept the walk way it looks fantastic . I have not had work done yet but I did get a quick response from Michael and was impressed by how soon he can come down to give an estimate on weed removal! Due to all the great reviews I wouldn't have found him so ill update my review with pictures once job is done! Can't wait!

We had to get some palms removed right away because our dog was eating the toxic berries. Michael responded right away and he also trimmed other trees and bushes. He did an excellent job and we were grateful for his quick response time! We will have him back 🙂
