This florist did an absolutely amazing job and I can’t say enough. We received a recommendation to go to them for my mother’s funeral flowers and I am so glad we did. My mother was a florist and she would have absolutely loved all the beautiful arrangements. Carousel made everything so easy and were wonderful to work with. To everyone at Carousel Flowers thank you for the incredible job. You made such a sad time beautiful.

Terrible service, I had a few plants to be delivered just before Thanksgiving. I spent $300.00 dollars for these displays and the deliveries were sent to the wrong addresses, my niece which was for her birthday received my mom's display for the holiday. My mom received her birthday balloons with the plant. I was told to call my mom and switch them out ourselves. The receipt clearly show were each were to go. plus the one display feet were broken off and scratched the table they were put on. I got nothing. stay away. They told me they do a lot of funeral flowers, now I know why, they can't complain.

Please do NOT use this florist! Save yourself alot of stress and money! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, this florist lied about the delivery attempt, stating receipt was not home. My daughter has cameras around her home, no one drive down her street. I called and demanded delivery by noon. They did, only to receive 4 roses, that were dying. Nothing like the arrangement I ordered. 2 days later they delivered another arrangement that was better,but not what I ordered.

Flowers from carousel usually last only 2 to 3 days because their flowers are so old. Everytime my son sends me a bouquet of flowers from them I cringe cause I know that I'll be throwing them away in 2 days. Usually carnations are known for how long they last but from carousel they only last a day or two. Unfotunately carousel florist in Merritt Island doesnt care how old/fresh the flowers are they just make up a bouquet of old flowers and send them out. I think they need to either get new management or close their doors cause they're just ripping people off. Publix has fresher flowers than carousel does.

A delivery was made today at my office. The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional and disruptive. We were closed for lunch; our hours are clearly posted on the door. He proceeded to bang on the door and aggressively jiggle the handle, then he moved outside and started banging on the windows. It was so loud that I thought he was banging on the window on another side of the office. This went on for several minutes, until someone went out to tell him to stop. Completely ruined any good feelings the flowers would have brought. Speaking of the flowers, they weren't even in good shape. Beyond disappointing.
