We worked with Giovanna at Mangrove Bay Design to complete our home remodel lighting for the complete house. We are so pleased with the selection assistance and customer service. Giovanna was able to locate lighting within our budget to meet our design and home needs. In addition, when there was an issue with the distributor, Giovanna worked quickly to get the problem resolved and the new light fixture sent directly to our home. I highly recommend this business and would work with them again!

Jennifer made a BIG mistake in the design of my remodeling plans. The initial plans she created required cutting through a load bearing concrete wall to place a small closet there. When the general contractor reviewed these plans his price estimate was extremely high as it would require extensive work to place a closet where a load bearing concrete wall was. He suggested to have Jennifer redesign the plans to have the closet relocated elsewhere as to not require cutting through a load bearing concrete wall. When Jennifer redesigned the plans, it made the shower inaccessible to enter with an 18" entry. When I brought this to Jennifer's attention, she would not take ownership to it and said that the entry to the shower was next to the toilet, which would require stepping over the toilet to get into the shower. I asked for a 3rd edit to just eliminate the closet and widen the shower enough to allow access to the shower without having to step over the toilet. When the 3rd edit was made, she charged my credit card to pay extra for the redesign when it was her mistake. Jennifer was not willing to own her mistake. I agreed to pay for the 2nd edit as I changed my preference to bring down the construction costs. But I did not agree to pay for the 3rd edit which was necessary to fix her mistakes. Jennifer hung up on me and now not answering my calls. LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A DESIGNER WHO CAN CREATE A REMODELING PLAN THAT IS FUNCTIONAL.
