I recently toured The Coast Townhomes, and I had a fantastic experience! Dev, the leasing consultant, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided a thorough tour of the property. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole process enjoyable. I want to take a moment to recognize Melanie at The Coast Townhouse leasing office for her exceptional professionalism and problem-solving skills. After several unsuccessful attempts to address a significant spike in my water bill caused by a running toilet, I was frustrated and at my wit’s end.

When I walked into the office, visibly upset, Melanie listened attentively, reviewed my account, and resolved the issue by crediting me $550 for overpaid water bills. Her efficiency and empathy turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome.

Since Melanie’s return, I’ve noticed significant improvements in the community, such as reduced noise levels and better overall management of shared spaces like the pool area. Melanie, thank you for your outstanding service and dedication—it’s deeply appreciated!

Management is absolutely terrible. You have to fight to park anywhere near your house and regularly get blocked in. Maintenance puts bandaids on everything instead of actually fixing anything. l've witnessed mold in multiple apartments, including my own, they just paint over it and pretend it's not there. If you have any issues with your apartment, you will have to call multiple times just to get someone to come down. Then, once they do come, almost none of the maintenance men speak english, so good luck trying to communicate! You can regularly find a group of grown men sitting at the pool drinking, smoking and staring at your children. This place has gone downhill fast. The fact that they try to label themselves as "luxury" anything is laughable.

If you are considering moving here- DON’T.
I don’t even live there myself and have seen just how terrible it is. I have multiple family members and friends that live/lived there and it is appalling what they’ve had to deal with. Roach infestation, unsafe parking lot/conditions, gunshots in the parking lot. Every single unit has mold. So bad to the point where people are getting sick. All maintenance does is paint over the mold & act like it never happened. It’s disgusting!!

If you are considering moving here, DO NOT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They will increase your rent every year. Within in a couple years, our rent has increased over $1000 in total. We have zero neighbors due to the fast increase in rent.

Cops have shown up around our side of the complex almost TEN times since we’ve moved here. One incident included a little girl who got her leg IMPALED by an electrical structure because management did not secure the structure well enough. Other incidents included VIOLENCE, fighting, and CAR VANDALISM.

They want to sell these condos as high-end and luxurious, but don’t be fooled. It’s still a place with speeding cars and loud mufflers, loud partying/music every night, people you don’t know sitting on your car, unkept faucets and air conditions and maintenance who always reschedules, children running around in the parking lot and flipping off drivers and damaging cars, lawn maintenance creating a mess every week, and overfilled garbage area with RATS and ROACHES.

You would think that with the exorbitant price you’re paying for rent, you’d be able to park outside of, or at least close to, your home. Such is not the case. Especially in the evening, upon entering the complex, you will have to park up to a quarter mile away from your home!! If you’re lucky, a parking space could become available close by, only for you to literally race to your car and park in the new spot before it gets taken up by someone else.

Office management recently issued resident parking stickers but have still not followed up on cars that don’t belong here. Most of these cars without stickers park here in the evening. If you work late, you either have to park far away from your home or outside the complex.

It is totally unacceptable when people who don’t belong here take up residents’ parking spaces. Management is yet to rectify the situation.

Good luck getting a good night’s sleep or an afternoon nap. Inconsiderate drivers either rev up their mufflerless engines and/or constantly blast their bass speakers (subwoofers) throughout the complex without regard for fellow residents.

Expect your car to be vandalized by groups of kids that come into the complex at night. Nothing is done about this. Instead, management is more concerned about whether you leave a cigarette butt in an ashtray on your front porch!

Expect solicitors knocking on your door at random times during the day. Nothing is done about this either.

Dozens of outside guests (who have friends and family living in the complex) take advantage of the fact that the office is closed on Sundays. Parking spaces are all filled and the pool is at full capacity. Trash is littered all over the place.

Expect to see dog poop all over the lawns everywhere since nobody cleans up after their pets, despite there being dog poop bins to throw it away!!! You have to look down every time you walk on the lawns in case you step in dog poop!!

On the only plus side, maintenance is very good at following up on any requests. Office staff is also very friendly.
