Now that I'm settled in my new home. I have time today! PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS!
Our Home builders used this company to lay our sod. First of all they took forever to come out, knowing we were waiting for them to lay the sod so we can close on our home. We were due to close on a Friday so our PM told them that they must be out here by Wednesday. Wednesday came and no show. They told him that they would be out on Friday. Absolutely not, he said! How can you just not honor your commitment. We were due to close on Friday. Being that they came on Friday. Not only did they do a very rushed, poor job. Sadly they were responsible for delaying our closing. Thank God our lenders extended our rate lock for free! But we had to reschedule movers,trucks, cable installation and appliance deliveries. We were an emotional wreck. As they were leaving on Friday, the PM asked about the landscaping, they told him that they weren't prepared for that and won't be doing it. Just Wow! He had to call another company that day of closing to do our landscaping. Even our neighbors complained. When they leveled the yard, they left dirt all over the street for days, when they laid the sod, they did an absolute horrible job! Chunks of sod missing. It looked like hay. I know our water bill is going to be through roof trying to revive this mess.
This is my first ever, bad review on any business so you know it had to be pretty bad. We could have potentially lost our home we waited for 20 months dealing with them. The below pics are actually of it trying to come back to life. It truly looked like burnt hay. None of the neighbors nor the neighborhood lawn man had faith it could come back at all.
I just wish for you all "Extreme Landscaping" to do better, stop biting off more than you can chew so that you can give each customer what they deserve. A quality product. Everything is beautiful about our new home expect for the this ugly, patchy grass!! Did the landscaping and sod for a house on my street. Each time left a giant mess in the street. I use a power wheelchair and all that dirt gets stuck in my chair. Plus this is a nice neighborhood and they obviously don't care about how it looks. Called the company several times. No return call and they still haven't cleaned it up

When our house was built last summer, the builder used this company to lay the sod. When we arrived at to the house we were expecting to see a yard full of nice grass. What we saw instead was squares of weeds over most of the yard. The pieces of sod were not even laid close to each other. There are trenches and holes all over the yard The builder had them come out and they replace some of the weedy pieces but not anywhere near what should have been replaced. The large gaps and spaces were still there. We were told that is the nature of Bahia grass and give it some time. Well, 6 months later, a sprained ankle for me and an injured dog, we called again. We were told someone would be there on Tuesday afternoon to evaluate the situation. We waited, no show. We called twice to reschedule. Never received a call back. Do NOT us this company. Bad product, horrible customer service.
