It has been 16 months since the completion of our pool, patio and lanai. I think it is worth mentioning what happens AFTER the pool is turned over, and the company has been paid. Pool and Patio has provided exceptional service both during our one year warrantee, and even after the warrantee expired. A few of the items were settled travertine pavers, a PVC return leak, and stuck valve on the spa. Each request was promptly addressed and repaired within days. This is a small enough business to have access to the owner, but enough experienced staff to do the work professionally. If you're looking for peace of mind this is the pool company.

June, 2024:
Normally when we select a project of this scale we solicit multiple quotes. Because the pool, spa, patio and lanai are such a critical part of our outdoor Florida living we selected Pool & Patio based on our level of trust. We are so glad we did. They educated us on the entire process, and we worked closely on a custom pool design. We have limited space and used every inch to create a perfect oasis. Pool and Patio delivered a seamless installation experience for us. There were slight adjustments that needed to be made upon completion. Pool & Patio finished the punch list before we had to ask. In the end we couldn't have been happier with the result. Our sliding glass doors open on to the patio, outdoor kitchen and pool to define our home. If you're considering a pool I would highly recommend this company.

If you are debating building a pool/spa, DO IT! If you are looking for a reputable, honest and communicative contractor, LOOK NO FURTHER! We had been waiting a few years to build our pool and reached out to Pool and Patio Works to see what was feasible for our vision and budget. From the first communication, through drafting with the engineer, to construction and finally the finished product, we could not have asked for a better experience. Pool and Patio Works took our vision along with their expertise and created our dream pool. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build and/or remodel. If you are looking for a pool contractor, look no further than Travis and his team at Pool and Patio Works. I had reservations about taking on this project but after seeing the finished product, PPW gave my wife and I exactly what we had envisioned. Travis gave us a timeline of when and what would happen throughout the project, and finished the pool when he said they would finish. He was also was very honest and told me what he would, and would not do, rather than just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. His workers craftsmanship is second to none, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Not to mention, they are very respectful and cleaned up the job site best they could after each days work. I could go on about how please we are, but I will end with this. It is gratifying to finally find a contractor that does what he says he’ll do, in the time he’s says that he’ll do it, within the cost he says it will cost.

These guys did a complete pool renovation for us and just did an outstanding job. The pool and paver deck turned out absolutely beautiful. Terrible company - stay away. Unprofessional and dishonest. Contracted to resurface pool and replace pool / patio channel drains. Continued lies about when they would be coming out to do the work. No show, no call 3-4 times before they finally, sent two gentleman out to do some work - neither spoke English so could not communicate with them. They took the old tiles off and put the new tiles on (never completely drained the pool so pool was left with water, tiles and debris), never grouted the tiles and attempted to charge me for 95% of the work. The contract required 50% after demo, the tiles removed was the only demo completed. The rest of the pool was not touched and the patio drains not touched. The contract required after tile and grout a 20% payment but they attempted to charge me 80% not 20% even though the services for the next payment had not been completed. Had to get an attorney involved after the sales person tried to bully me into paying and told me he didn’t expect me to understand about pools. They refused to respond to me or my attorney.
