The difference between ordinary an extraordinary is that Extra an AGE definitely goes to great lengths to provide great service, awesome workmanship, great customer service rating 10 plus. Was so excited an pleased to have a yard completed. I can now avoid have all the dirt blowing in my house, dogs love it, an can enjoy having people over now. Long overdue with Covid. All the guys are so great respectful hard working and meticulous. Clean up spotless Audreys plan design great, Analisa follow up great . Thanks You everyone for your hard work so happy. They did my sons yard before so was glad to use them again.

Back in June, called for a quote. Audrey came out, spent time walking the yard of my new place and very professionally heard my wishes and said she'd put a quote together. That was the last we saw or heard from her. They don't return calls or emails. My guess is she just doesn't want our business. I am sad because she seemed like she would put together just what I wanted. Based on other reviews, it seems like if you get her to sign on, she'll do good work for you. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, she has chosen not to work for us.

We have contracted Arrowhead landscaping for our back and front yards. The work was completed on time and we are very happy with the new look. The designer (Audrey) was always patient and worked with our tight budget to achieve the best results. The price was very reasonable and the 0% interest for a year program actually made it possible for us to even get going with the project.
We will definitely work with Arrowhead again with future projects and I recommend this company warmly.

Unfortunately they never got back to me after they came out to survey my backyard. They came out in November, I was told it would take a couple weeks. After over a month (January, I figured maybe the holidays pushed their schedule back a bit) I called and I was told I would get something by the end of the week. Nothing. I called back after over two months from the original visit (beginning of February ) I was told it was still not done and that I would get a call back. Nothing. I called back a few weeks after (three months after the original visit) I told them this would be the last time I reached out to try and get some response from them. I was told someone would call me. Again, nothing.
If they were falling behind because of covid, or just overwhelmed with work, it would have been fine and I would have understood. But I never got an update or a phone call back. I wanted to go with this company because I wanted to support a local business and they had good reviews. I wasted my time by 1. Waiting for them to get back at me. 2. The waiting has also put me at a longer wait list to have someone come and do our backyard. When they came out to check my backyard they harped on the fact that they book up quickly and that I’ll want to make an appointment as quickly as possible so that they can get it done by the timeline we wanted it. But I was never given the drawings to solidify the plans. So now, unfortunately I’ll have to go find another company.

UPDATE: Response recieved from AGE calling me into question because I have reviewed other places and given one stars. Well yes of course because most people tend to review either the exceptional or the mediocre which just so happens that your company has fallen in the more common of reviews. The size of my yard is almost hilariously small and the fact that every other quote given was so much significantly cheaper for the same or close shows a clear premium to use AGE. My initial review was low due to Audrey's performance but in it I said maybe a different person would yield a different result. Though based off your response that's clear it would not.

Simply DO NOT use AGE for your Landscaping services. I would have paid for that "FREE consultation 1000X over based off that estimate.

My experience is with Audrey so a review of both really. Your experience could always differ with different representatives.

I have one of those long rant reviews to provide so I'm going to simplify it. She came over and made my fiance and I very excited about what our yards could be. She made commitments on turn around and said I'm not like the other landscapers... she set an expectation to be completed in 7-10 business days so at 12 business days I emailed for an update. No response. I called at 15 business days. Nothing. On 20 business days I get a response saying we would have it today. Today passes. Than tomorrow and on that following day we email saying we hope nothing is happening family wise but falling through expectations you're setting is becoming annoying and maybe we should switch people. She sets another expectation of that following day and she falls through it again.

At this point I'm done and I'm working with other landscapers. She than at almost 30 days sends me her vision. She added many things we didnt want like a grill that would take up space we don't have as an example. She also quotes the highest price I've recieved for my yard by 3X! Comparing to every other quote I explain I don't see the value for her Vision and if she could explain the cost i would appreciate it. She responds with negative notation acting as if I'm dumb to landscaping which is true I know nothing. I choose to not respond as she has wasted so much of my time I feel AGE should be thinking of reinbursement.

After it was all said and done the only thing I have is the story to tell people when we talk about the landscaping I did get. Once I get one since I'm still looking.

Audrey Lopez took some time on getting back to me with an estimate and draft, however when she delivered she executed my ideas and made them into reality. I have not received service as yet, but i am definitely looking forward to choose Age landscaping.
