We love this store! They are locally owned and have high quality products for competitive prices. Our sales rep Lizzie was amazing--she was very knowledgeable regarding the merchandise and was very honest about durability about outdoor dining chairs and outdoor living room furniture. We did have a couple issues with our custom-made seat cushions, and she took care of the problems immediately.

This store has wonderful products, inspiring atmosphere, and the best sales staff. Liz Loustaunau, who assisted me, was friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable. My new flagstone patio is enhanced by two beautiful, comfy chairs and ottoman. I highly recommend this store for quality outdoor furnishings.

We went there today. Business sign in front said " everything 20% off. Get inside, the lady said only if you spend at least $1000. This is called bait and switch! Told her we just wanted to look, would let her know if we had any questions. She would not leave us alone. Will never be back or recommend them!

We purchased our outdoor furniture from them many years ago. When the cushions wore out, we placed an order with them to get replacements. It was a special order, taking 8 weeks. When they came in, the cushions were incorrect! They reordered the cushions telling us it would be a rush job, the manufacturer screwed up. Well, it took at least 8 more weeks! When the cushions were finally finished we waited....and waited....nothing....when we called to check on where they were they told us that the manufacturer required a certain amount before shipping....really, we have waited this long and you can't ask them to ship now? Nope....they finally came in after over 5 months of waiting. We asked if they would give us a break, nope.....very disappointing. I will not be returning to the store for any future purchases nor will I recommend them!

I bought 4 chairs from HouseNGarden 6 years ago. They are of excellent quality and we love them. Last summer, the rockers on two of the chairs lost bolts. HouseNGarden picked them up, fixed them and delivered them back to us free of charge. I was so floored, I made them a pie! That kind of customer service is so rare! I’ll buy my next set of outdoor furniture from them. They totally won my loyalty!

This outdoor furniture store has a nice collection of products from reputable suppliers. The prices are good, but what separates them from the rest of the area outdoor furniture stores is the customer service. They are the best and deal with any issue, large or small, that comes up with your purchase. I'm not sure why they have been dinged by other buyer reviews, but I have never experience anything but high-quality customer service.

Wonderful business with willing sales people who want to help. We were looking for counter top size tables for our patio. They had a selection that we enjoyed looking at. I have a motorized wheelchair and was able to get around there showroom relatively easily.

We have always had great customer service at House 'n Garden. They have a large selection of high-quality outdoor furniture, but what keeps me coming back to them is the customer service - they truly go above and beyond. We've now bought 2 outdoor tables and chairs and love the sturdy feel of the furniture and the design. The delivery team was also extremely nice and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for patio furniture! I'll be a customer for life.
