I have bought product from this company for years when I ordered 129 ft of grass, which is two rolls. I installed it and the grass was 2 different colors, same product! Not only did they not want to help correct the problem I had to buy more grass and pay labor twice! They definitely lost my business, very rude!!

I have had this turf less than 1.5 years and it needs to be torn up. Basically it lays over when walking and no matter how much raking and maintenance I've done it just looks terrible. They sent out a rep and he even admitted it wants to "just lay down" after he combed it with a hair brush 20x! Their warranty department denied the claim. Never use this company or their products.

I chose their Super Natural 80 turf because it is the most realistic and soft turf I’ve found in the market, it is pet friendly and my dogs and Granddaughter love it

I called and talked to Dave Meronic. I Was needing turf grass for my beloved husband who fall’s easily and is on oxygen..he loves to sit outside in a swing. The staff and David were great. Explaining to them the grass would help keeping him from having a hip fracture if he falls. The grass is great and the service was awesome!.. thank you Global Syn- Turf.

Global Syn-Turf only D+ rating with BBB
GST Artificial Turf falls apart in AZ sun!
This is the 2nd time Turf is braking off at the base in less than 5 years!
Hopefully 3rd install will be successful!
1. May 2015 - Syn-Turf Artificial grass installed.
2. Spring 2017-Turf broke down and with several calls replaced due to inferior product.
*Rep from Syn-Turf did inform me that the UV protection to their turf was manufactured incorrectly.
When replaced, without my knowledge or consent Syn-Turf replaced with exact same materials that they consider inferior. I now know about the 2017 replacement from GST rep upon 2020 inspection.
3. Winter 2020 - Syn-Turf grass is falling apart again.
Already made several contacts with this company with no resolution at this point.

Product will fall apart after one - two years related to the sun! They will not honor warranty provided of 10 years.
