This place is such a treasure. I drove an hour and it was so worth it. I was on the hunt for a prayer plant. I called and was informed they had some in stock. I did not expect this place to be so big! The selection is outstanding and I can tell they put so much love into their plants. Their prices are reasonable too. I ended up paying 1/3 of what prayer plants online go for (and mine had double the leaves). I also didn’t have to worry about shipping damages. They even put a plastic bag over my plants so they’d have some cold protection for the drive home.

Terrible customer service. I spent over $400 on plants two weeks ago. The vincas are dying along with two petunias. When I called to ask if anyone else has been having difficulties with the vincas, I was told no, it’s just the weather. I wish I could have recorded the nastiness in his voice as that’s why I’m giving him one star. It has only rained here twice so it’s not the weather. I’ve been gardening for 50+ years and have never had so many vincas dying all at once.

The pothos above the kitchen cabinets is thriving over a year after I bought it. It makes me so happy every time I see it! I love coming to visit Claussen's store for the cute accessories up front and also to wander around the greenhouse. It is absolutely delightful! The folks who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Claussen’s is the most amazing florist and they saved my wedding day! We decided to DIY most of our wedding florals but purchase my bridal bouquet. The florist that we originally hired completely botched my bouquet on my wedding morning and would not fix it. My bridesmaids ran down to Claussen’s in full hair and makeup and the Claussen’s team made me the most perfect bouquet that was exactly what I wanted. It was absolutely stunning. They saved the day! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. A fantastic local business.

I brought in a plant that contained three different plants and asked them to repot it for me. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They are fantastic.

After hearing good things about the store, I bought several plants including tomatoes, chillies, cucumbers, bell peppers to name few. Three out of four cucumbers plants and half of tomato plants died within a week. When called, person told me that it’s environmental. Very insensitive and felt like they even don’t want to hear about it. I wish it could have been handled differently. Not going again…

It is wonderful to experience the help of someone who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic as well very personable. Abby is all of that. She also pots a mean plant. The front staff was also super helpful (and patient!... it can be really hard to pick out the perfect plant holder!). Great experience.
