This places is horrible if I was able to choose 0 stars I would. Gave them our boat to fix an idle problem, they said 1 month till we get it back, it took four months to fix it. They order a new part for the boat and it got lost, they finally found it after a month. We always had to call them for a check up they never called me to let me know if it was done. When I finally went to go get it the cover was molded over and had cuts in from sitting. We opened it up and the seats were all molded over, when we dropped the boat off the seats were in perfect condition. DO NOT COME HERE.

I can't thank the staff at Clark's enough for their honesty and assistance. I was working on a Suzuki outboard that had not been running in two years. I thought the starter was bad and intended to order a new one. They could have hit me for $500+ and I never would have known the difference. Instead they showed me a work-around, gave me some tips, and we replaced the water pump impeller and gasket for about $35. I have the motor running like a top now.

They’re a bit more expensive than other marinas, but like anything else, you get what you pay for. Always super friendly, their work is awesome, and usually whatever wait time they gave me, I’d have my boat back in half that time. They even came out to the lake a couple times to make adjustments to my boat free of charge. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If you’re having problems with your boat or need parts or anything, Daryl and Cory will definitely take care of you.

We rented a boat for a Saturday recently - and I cannot thank Clark's Marine enough for their help that day! They went above and beyond in helping despite some confusion on my part with the rental agreement (I had planned this as a surprise for my husband). Very much appreciate them. The pontoon was great, and we had a wonderful day on the lake!

STAY AWAY! I rented a boat for a week and returned it on a Thursday. When it was returned we asked the company’s agent “Is everything OK?” He replied “Looks good boys”, and told us to expect our refund the next day. Instead, the company rented the boat the next day to another group and never contacted us or refunded our deposit. Five days after returning the boat I contacted them and was told that the boat was checked in on Sunday (not Thursday), and there were problems with the boat. They explained that someone from their business would contact us to explain further. Eight days after returning the boat we contacted them yet again and were told that we would not receive a refund because the dirt, their agent didn’t point out upon return of the boat, costs $10/ft to clean. To date we have called them 16 times and they have never called us, they have failed to provide time-stamped photographs of the dirt, or been able to explain why I am responsible for a boat checked in three days after it was returned. You hear about businesses like this on TV, but you never expect to be their victim. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

With nothing to gain but the possibility of a future customer Cory spent a fair amount it time on the phone to help with advice , which fixed my problem . Should I ever have another need for service ,I’ll gladly make the hour drive to bring to them !

Always very professional! I had a big job and they handled it well. Made sure I understood what needed to be done, gave me options! Just all round made me feel comfortable the whole time! There is no better marina around!

Our group rented the boat, returned it on time and was told that the boat looked fine. They then rented out the boat to others. They've withheld the deposit and refused to submit pictures of the damage before renting it out, insisting we drive (6 hours round trip) to look at the "damage". Since others rented it out, they can not prove our group did anything to it & they have no reason to withhold the deposit.

STAY WAY FROM CLARK'S MARINE!!!

PS - They're getting 1 star since giving no stars isn't possible.
