So happy with these flowers I sent for my grandma’s birthday. I was able to send next day for no extra charge and the flowers are exactly as pictured on the website. No up charges for “deluxe” etc. I also paid a little extra for a full size card and it’s actually a beautiful card! Not cheesy. I live in Florida but lots of family in Chicago and will be using this florist for all of my special occasions moving forward!

Can’t say enough about the staff and quality arrangements. Adrienne is the best , always pleasant and so helpful. I have used this location for years. It is nice to send flowers to brighten someone’s day, somehow I am the one who feels uplifted. It is quick and easy.

Kudos to the folks at Ashland Addison who are really attentive to detail and old fashioned customer service. The vase in a previous order was unique and a keeper. The hospital had moved my wife to a different room, but somehow Ashland was aware of the situation and got the flowers to her by mid morning. In a previous order the flowers held up nicely even after my wife returned home. Sure was nice for my wife to have flowers at the hospital & home.

I used Ashland Addison Florist today for the first time, and they delivered. I worked with Anna for my arrangement. They used all the flowers I asked for. Customer service was excellent and so helpful. Their communication was excellent, they send you text of photo of flowers and an email notifying you flowers were delivered. It was a beautiful arrangement. I highly recommend them. Just a note, their delivery fee is pretty high. I use a lot of florists and this was the most I've ever paid for delivery.

I made an online order for 2 orders delivered for Mothers Day Weekend. I appreciate the cards messaging that was written for the message I wrote up. Nice touch.

The problem are two things. First the delivery person did not contact the receiver for the order after i made those instructions over the phone with the representative. The order did make it to the destination, just not happy with that one thing i asked.

2nd problem is the 2nd set of Flowers. If im paying $75 for one order, i would expect to receive an abundance of flowers just like the first order, but that did not happen. I understand Mothers Day is a Bigger Holiday, but if the effort was put more in one order than the other, then that just poor buisness practices. Thank you for the flowers but disappointed with the 2nd order of amount of flowers.

I am from out of town and I wanted to send flowers to my daughter. This florist is close to where my daughter lives. When I called them, I received excellent customer service. Carolyn was delightful on the phone. I received a picture of the bouquet before they delivered it. The flowers were beautiful and healthy.
