Very happy that I found this nursery! Both of my orders are online orders shipped to the East coast, both times are large plants (a 7 gallon ginkgo and a 7 gallon olive tree that’s 7-8’ tall). Both plants arrived in excellent shape, I’m frankly pleasantly surprised how well they fared during transit. Both trees were ordered earlier this season and they are thriving now. So so so happy with Wilson Bros, they’ll definitely be my go to nursery for unique, large-sized trees and shrubs.

The variety and availability of their selection is Awesome! The prices are great and the shipping is free! Wilson Bros Gardens is one of the best, if not the best, online nursery that I have ordered from! Recently bought a few trees from them, check out the photos! Tree arrived in condition pictured. Soil spilled uprooted ,now dying. I let Company know immediately .Company arguing that I should give it time. When I pay 150.00 for a product I expect it to be packaged well and healthy. I don't expect to be treated as poorly as I have and argue as a customer as to my right to be refunded my money since I have an inferior product.
It continues to brown on the entire tree and I am supposed to wait until next year to see if it comes back.
30 plus years of gardening, horticulture education and never dealt with a company this shady. Lies and zero accountability They are a rip off buyer beware
The response from the worker is a way to keep themselves looking good only on these reviews. Ultimately most customers never get refunded and no one desires discounted plants from a company that does not stand behind their own guarantee or the fact that I alerted them within their 72 hour window to let them know how this plant arrived. There should be no dispute, no wait etc... The tree as I write this now is far more brown and just about dead yet ( no root system) yet no one will take my calls or emails any longer. I even left a message that I want to speak to the owner of the company. This is the most shady, dishonest company so don't let the reply to me fool you. They have done this to others as further investigation of reviews clearly shows.
The person responding is not the owner either. He is the General manager.

I wish that I would have read reviews prior to Purchasing from Wilson Brothers Gardens. My mistake. Now that I am looking at reviews, I can see that this company is notorious for selling smaller plants in larger pots and up charging the customer for plants that are not established in their containers.

I bought a 3 gallon camellia and received a one gallon camellia in a 3 gallon pot and paid a 3 gallon price. They supposedly have a guarantee that says “Wilson Bros Gardens guarantees to ship plants that are fully rooted in their pots and ready upon arrival to plant and thrive in your landscape. If you ever receive a plant that is not fully to mostly rooted in its pot please let us know."

I contacted the company about the scrawny, spindly, 1 gallon plant that I received and was told that there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. The camellia had touched the soil in my garden “contaminating their plant” and the picture that I sent didn’t include the root ball.

They won’t honor their guarantee. When you contact them, they reply with preset answers. When they’re not replying with presets, they reply with a “that’s too bad” mentality. I will never buy plants from Wilson Brothers gardens again. It’s a very deceptive practice to be selling 1 gallon plants in larger pots just so you can charge more for them. Shame on you!

We received two 7 gallon Berry Dazzle Dwarf single trunk crape Myrtle’s and they arrived in beautiful, fresh condition, and the soil was still moist. Excellent packaging! They are gorgeous! The nursery is USDA inspected. They shipped out and arrived quickly. Will definitely shop from Wilson Brothers again, especially since we are in Arizona.

Best online nursery to not only get a little larger size plants and trees but the quality is impeccable. First time shopper 3 weeks ago.. I have gone back twice since ti purchase more bc I am just that impressed.

We wanted to purchase a specific tree to honor our beautiful dog that had passed away, and found it was not available locally. Wilson Bros shipped that four foot tall tree to us within a few days. It looks great! We would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered a Wisteria-Amethyst for my aunt's 80th birthday; to be delivered to WA state. Not only did it arrive on time, but is was in excellent shape. WBG far exceeded my expectations and my aunt was thrilled! I will order from them again.
