I don't give out 5 stars to anyone, Marco and his crew did a great job as the photos show! First thing Marco showed up for the estimate right away not like other guys that say they can stop by in a few days or more. Marco gave suggestions and ideas that we liked that were better than other contractors ideas. We went with Landaverde Landscape because the estimate was at the price we expected to pay and Marco sounded like he knew what he was doing.

Marco's told us up front that we would have to wait a few weeks before he could get to our job and that's understandable because he doesn't start the job and work on it for a day or two then not show up for a week. When they did start on the job his crew was here every day on time for 2 weeks till the job was done and I loved that! My neighbor started his landscaping on their house at the same time and they have only work on their yard 2 days and we are done (except for fire pit back order). However I like the fact that Marco don't jump from one job to the next his crew stays till the job is done.

Next reason for the five stars it Marco's crew are good workers vary detailed, their work was better than expected almost not exaggerating but making sure every piece of grass is perfect. The artificial grass in front yard I seen them fixing spots of grass that I didn't see anything wrong with it, is a example, great job guys!

I only found one bad review for Landaverde Landscape and in my opinion they can't be blamed if grass dies, we live in Arizona, it's a DESERT! Grass needs LOTS of water when it's new and even then sorry can't guarantee grass won't die. I like lots of photos with a review so that's what I gave you. In my opinion Landaverde Landscape (Marco) was the best landscaper we could have found for the job and we are vary happy with their work, thanks Marco.

The cleanest Landscaper you can get. Everything was super level, straight, flat etc. He was quick and knew exactly what we wanted! Would 100% recommend! Great value as well! One thing I wanted to note.. their crew is kind. I was in my garage replacing my garage door sweating my butt off. They put one of their swamp coolers in the garage facing towards me without me asking. I will not forget that! 5 star company and crew.

We paid for rock to be removed, soil preparation, pavers to be installed with drainage, and sod to be installed. The rock was removed, no soil prep was done, the pavers were installed with concrete and with no drainage, and the sod is now dying. I have reached out to the owner multiple times via text and have gotten no reply. So I had to drill holes to remove a paver with concrete attached to allow the water that was an inch deep to escape the area. I will attach pictures of before and after, where you can also see the sod was installed inline which from what I have been told is not how you install sod. I also attempted to put patch down but the water being that deep cancelled that idea.

So, we had saved up enough to finally make the additions we wanted to make in the backyard. I reached out to Marco after reading all of the google, and yelp reviews. Marco responded to my online inquiry very promptly. We made arrangements to meet the following afternoon at a time that worked for both he and I. While he was on site he was able to give me his estimate. I asked the usual question, "what do you need as a deposit". Marco stated "usually I only require a thousand dollars to get started. If I needed more than that, I must be doing something wrong". That evening I spoke with my wife and we agreed to move forward. I contacted Marco the following day and let him know we would like to proceed. I let him know we would like to have it completed prior to Thanksgiving as we have family coming in, however, if that was not obtainable we would wait until after the new year to move forward and we would still utilize him. Marco let me know he could make that happen. I probably shouldn't mention this part but I feel it's a valuable part to leave out. I asked Marco if he wanted to come by to pick up the deposit, however me now being the skeptic after three previous landscaping companies, I would need a receipt for the deposit. Marco let me know not to worry about the deposit that he would just collect everything at completion. I thought to myself "wow". As of tonight, the project is completed and Marco came by and met with me. He was handed a sum cash for a job well done, expectations were exceeded, and communication was great. Marco, it is so hard to find individuals that still do business on a "handshake", and are a man of their word. I am thankful to you and your team. I wish you nothing but success and hope that reviews continue to help your business grow to levels you didn't even anticipate when you started this. You are more than deserving! Thank you for being honest, and having integrity! JOB WELL DONE SIR!

Marco and his team did a spectacular job! From start to finish they made the process very easy. They provided a free estimate, followed that with a detailed blueprint of the landscape we wanted done, all by staying in the budget I had for my entire project. The crew was very friendly and did not cut any corners to try and complete the project quickly. This company sure does take pride in their work! I highly recommend choosing them for any custom landscape you are wanting to get done!

Marco was prompt in making an appointment for his first visit assessment. I told him what my thoughts were with my backyard ideas - artificial turf, spotlights, and gravel rocks. He offered his own recommendations, without being pushy. Throughout the project, he remained professional, respectful, and very compromising to some adjustments needed for my projects. Now that my project is complete, I am very impressed with what his team accomplished! I am most attractive with how pavers were used to border my turf. They were neat and straight. I would highly recommend this company and I would not mind hiring his company for future projects for my home. Thank you, Marco! You truly delivered and satisfied my husband and I!

We could tell right away this company was different from the others we got quotes from early on. Marco took the time during the quote process to explain what was important for drainage in the final design. He took notes on our style and what we wanted out of our backyard. They are a very thoughtful, considerate, and meticulous team. Upon completion, we were shown details that we hadn't even thought of initially. They are experienced and excel at what they do. We were deeply impressed and enjoyed working with them every step of the process. This company is the gold standard.

I can’t tell you enough how pleased my wife and I are with Marco and his crew. We had about 300 sq ft of pavers put in by this company. Not only did they do an amazing job but the job was completed in a timely manner. I had lost hope because a previous company that was supposed to complete the job cancelled three days before my one year olds birthday. I had no intentions of getting it done in time after that cancellation. Well I called Marco and he showed up to see what preparations needed to be done 1 day before my daughters birthday. After seeing what I needed he gave me a start day. After leaving, he called me back 30 minutes later and told me his crew could start in an hour and have it done the next morning before the party. Everything was completed as said and it looks amazing! I would highly suggest using Marco and his crew to anyone.
