We just passed our final inspection on a new single family house in Buckeye. We tried to do the drawings but couldn't get passed the approval process for several months. We are building a 530sf ADU/pool house, and we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted it to be. We took the concept to Jeramiah and he was awesome.
