Janelle was amazing! She talked my sisters and I through everything we needed when our father passed. We're from out of state and she was very accommodating to our availability. She went above and beyond sharing her knowledge of how to navigate the state of AZ required hoops. She listened to our stories, shared a couple of her own, laughed with us and shed tears with us. She stayed in contact and has even been in touch when everything was said and done. I definitely would recommend her services to anyone.

It was absolutely a pleasant experience dealing with this agency and Lorrie. They were professional and thorough and showed my father much respect. I was especially grateful that they handle all the business for the VA and got my fathers flag and head stone and they also handle the Social Security paperwork so that was less things that I had to deal with and I really appreciated that

Very dissatisfied with the care that my father had received!! They had stated my dad would be delivered in a plastic urn (we were totaly ok with that if that was the case) he was not he was delivered in a box... no urn of any type!!! very heart breaking!!! Also stated that the proper authorities would of been notified and they were NOT! An to top it off my dad was waiting for 2 weeks to be cremated.. extemely dissatisfied with the care was truely heart braking to see how they took care of things. I feel lost loved ones deserve better then that!!!
