Purchased expensive vinyl flooring from this company. I tried for several months around May or June to get someone from this company to look at my floor (3 years old), we are here only during the summer (5 months). I believe the floor is defective. Been told by a co-owner that I have to work through him, to get a rep from the mfg to look at my floor. Nothing but the run-around!! I explained what seemed to be happening to my floor and sent pictures - to no avail. Even the owner won’t come out and see for himself my problem. We bought flooring from this company for another room which was different and is fine. I’m sure there wasn’t a protective coating on the “Waterproof” yet you can see a difference in one row of he vinyl, where a rug has laid (the lighter color) over the new floor and the look of a dirty floor keeps getting worse. We cannot recommend this company.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled with all new appliances and cabinets from another company and our experience with them was stressful. Scott, Aaron, Ed and John made the rest of the remodel of the floors, baseboards and chair rail a very relaxing and pleasant experience. The cabinet company left us with blemish issues. High Country not only solved them but, went the extra mile. Ed is a true craftsman. You could not ask for a better group of people to do the work. The quality of the materials are a cut above as well. We will be very happy to recommend them for your flooring needs.
