I posted a 2 star review of Preach several weeks ago, and I need to update. I had written about my experience with the purchase of 4 yards of "clean" dirt mixed with sand and mulch. I have an old tiff tiff lawn, and the thought was to level out the yard, and help the soil with this mix.
However, water from rain and sprinklers soon exposed an amazing amount of rock in my yard!!! It was in the mix I had purchased and I was not happy about it. My front reel mower is not happy about it either. So I left a post about it.
Then the real story unfolded. The manager Don saw my post, and soon after I made contact with him. The problem was with the vendor they had used for so long with no issues. Holes were found in the screens they use to filter out the rocks!
With support from the owners of Preach behind him, Don took charge of the situation. He told me he would make things right, and he really did! A crew of workers came two times and managed to remove a majority of these rocks. The entire time Don was on top of what was going on. He came to our home several time to assess what was going on, and what was to be done. He called to update me through out the time.

To be clear, I have nothing but the upmost respect for Don and his crew at Preach, and praise for the honest caring and concern they have demonstrated. Truly a 10 star experience.

Great company. Delivered at exactly the time they scheduled and the driver was willing to dump where we wanted. Very friendly, highly recommended. The guy complaining about sand and dirt in the rock needs to get the screened stuff next time. Fines are par for the course with DG. Excellent quality materials!
