Theses people don’t answer their phone or emai! Recently, I bought 36 bales of Bermuda as summer feed for my horses. After opening these bales, I found this hay so filled with dirt it had to be thrown away. I still have aprox 26 bales of this filthy hay on my flatbed trailer. This hay should never have been sold for horse consumption. I want Two Hawk Ranch to “do the right thing” and exchange the dirty Bermuda for fresh, clean Bermuda fit for horse consumption. I have repeatedly called Two Hawk and sent email, but no response yet from this company. I’ve been buying hay and cubes from Two Hawk for over 20 years and expect better customer service and demonstration of business integrity. At this point I’m angry and more than disappointed!

Great place place to buy haycubes or oversized bales of hay at a very reasonable price. It's a little bit of a drive but not bad. Considering the savings on the cost of feed for your animals.

I'm ONLY giving this place 3 ? because of how difficult it can be to get help here. If it wasn't for that, two hawks would earn 5 stars instantly. I go for cubes a few times a month, and sometimes I'll be searching the hay fields for hours searching for someone to load up my trailer. Don't bother calling because there is usually no one in the office and they never answer. They should invest in a company CELL phone so they can get calls when they're in the fields. Just my opinion though. However, IF you can find someone, the workers are all incredibly nice and friendly. They do a really good job and it's always pleasant to talk to them.
