Guardian has done amazing work for me. An initial deep clean up and now maintenance. They are always on time and clean up after themselves. I am very pleased with the service Matt and his crew do for me. And mike from Guardian figured out what was wrong with a fountain and it is working great now.

Guardian Landscape, of Prescott, AZ, landscaped our back yard in September of 2023 and did a fantastic job! From the planning stages to completion, the communication and courtesy was wonderful, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The team that did the work answered all our concerns and questions as we went along, and had great suggestions for improvements that we really liked. They never blocked access to our driveway or garage, which we appreciated very much also. It looks so great, we now have such a beautiful area to appreciate every day!

The service from initial phone call, walk through, estimation and work performed - exceeded expectations. Matt understood our needs, and the crew that serviced our property went above and beyond to give our 4.5 acre property a much needed clean - up. Our property has never looked so good! This company engages in very deceptive billing. After requesting a quote to plant 2 trees, we were told that we would be billed at the rate of $115 per man hour plus materials. We agreed & were told that they would get to us in about 2 weeks. Within a few days they called & said they had another job in our neighborhood the next day so they moved us up. They sent two men & the job took 2 hours. They billed us $696.28 with no explanation of charges. The invoice stated that payment was due immediately so we paid it, but then requested a breakdown of the charges. After one week with no response we made a 2nd request for a breakdown. Three days after the 2nd request they responded as follows:
4 billable hours @ $115 per hour = $632.50 (fuzzy math, huh?)
Material used................................= $37.00
Credit card fee..............................= $26.78 (undisclosed fee)

We questioned the fuzzy math & the undisclosed card fee & after one week we received the following:
4 billable hours @ $115 per hour = $460.00
Travel expenses.............................= $172.50
Materials used...............................= $37.00

We questioned how we could be charged $172.50 for travel since they were working in our neighborhood anyway, & no other travel was necessary for our job. Their response was that they allocate all travel expenses for the day equally between their customers on that day. In other words, they are billing you for travel expenses that are not yours. Though our contract made a vague reference to travel, the implication was that the charge would be for travel necessary for your job, such as picking up materials or disposal of material from your job site. We had none of those.

Because the original invoice listed only a total with no breakdown of charges, they were clearly trying to hide the travel & credit card fees. If you choose to do business with this company, be sure to get an itemized breakdown of all possible charges upfront. Be afraid, be very afraid.
