We originally were referred to New Life Landscapes from satisfied customers in the Jasper Community here in PV. We met the Founder and subsequently worked with Justin and Chelsea to set this in play.

Chelsea manages the day to day from the office including all the back and forth communications. She is the real deal and has some very real bandwidth about the landscape space. She and Justin have years of experience working with customers.

In this small community, one can rarely reach anyone by text or phone during the day as most people are in the Field working. New Life was there!

Chelsea had tons of patience as we fine tuned the design and various other choices. She was genuinely engaged and never wavered in support of our choices. Each design tweak brought revisions in the estimate and she was sharp, prompt and patient. They scheduled a date and showed up as promised.

Brett, New Life's roving Superintendent, may be one of the nicest and most accommodating professionals we have ever worked with in the outside service business. We should know as this was our 5th landscape project over many years.

He selected a Crew who he felt could deliver on the design as we had very specific asks and wants.

I am sure we fatigued most everyone at New Life, yet they walked their talk and over delivered on the actualization of the design.

It is very rare in these times that one can find such a top notch Company like New Life.

Can't say enough about Grant and New Life Landscapes. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. When we first had Grant over for an estimate, he was attentive, provided some design ideas, and even offered suggestions on how to save some money. Not many companies would offer that. They came in much less than other bids I received, but their work did not reflect it. They were booked, so our project started about a month after our initial meeting, but they started on the date they said they would and completed on time. The crew assigned to our project were professional, friendly, and hard working. Grant even met with us to help pick out our plants/shrubs for our yard and provided info on which plants grow best and how they ultimately would look. Fantastic owner and company that went above and beyond. I've recommended them to all my neighbors and will definitely use them should I ever require landscaping in the future.
