They are a great garden center with people ready to assist you. Sweet puppy dog on site too. Every time I visit, I end up buying more than I intended, but their selections are great and prices are reasonable. Enjoy your visit.

I have always thought Ark. Gardens was a bit pricey, but in my attempts to avoid the box stores, I have shopped there several times since I moved to NLR. This morning I bought a bag of potting mix, and paid $ 17.47. I thought it was high but was in a hurry and didn't say something. Later, after I priced the same bag at Lowes's for 8.98 and Walmart for 8.97, I drove back out and told the guy I think I was overcharged. He said the charges are correct, and went on to tell me that he has to pay more that other places for the same product.
This is too bad; instead of doing business with Ark. Gardens in the future I will either use a box store or another nursery. I almost never wright reviews, but I think local folks should know that Ark. Gardens charges twice what some other places charge, at least for potting soil.

I wanted to buy some compost for raised beds, the owner talked me into his "raised bed mix" I was from out of town and was not able to see it first, I wish I could have...
I had a load delivered and shouldn't have used it. It was mostly clay.
At the end of the first season, it's basically concrete.
We'll be digging it out and replacing it with compost -from somewhere else.

The staff at Arkansas Gardens are great and very knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of plants and trees, as well as bulk mulch and Gravel you can get by the truck or trailer load. Go see Philip or Marshall and they will take of all of your landscaping needs. They also offer landscaping services, design and installation. Go see them you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful nursery, large selection. Staff was extremely helpful. I know nothing about plants but the staff helped me get what I needed. My planter arrangement looks beautiful. I will definitely use this nursery again.

Highest price and poorest service. Spent over $2000 purchasing a dozen trees from this place. Got them in the ground per instructions and they were dead within a month. Only thing they offered was to sell me more of these trees to replace the dead ones. Told me either planted to deep or too shallow or too much or too little water. Basically, as soon as you hand over the money, they cease to do anything.
Unrelated, they need to paint the rusty fence out front.

Absolutely LOVE this nursery/garden center. Its beautiful to walk thru and see all the beauty and beautiful things to purchase. Ive been and got the best customer service and help with any questions! Going back today for Mothers day weekend purchases! Thank you Arkansas Gardens ?
