I’ve needed a new chain saw chain for a month. After several attempts at ordering one online and receiving the wrong chain I decided to give Cabot Outdoor a try. Upon arrival we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance. We spoke to a lady regarding the particular chain saw brand, she asked if by chance we had the saw with us. Thankfully we did. She proceeded to eyeball the old chain, count teeth, discuss that you can’t just buy a 20” chain there are different variables depending on brand. This lady was amazing. She stepped to the back, proceeded to come out with the right chain first go! She let us place our dirty oily chain saw on the counter, place the new chain on it and make sure it was the right fit before we left. The price was the same as online no up charge fees. As we were leaving my husband said - this is above and beyond customer service. He felt as if the sales rep was very knowledgeable in chain saws above just some quick on the job training. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Cabot Outdoor to anyone.

My experience was decent but could always be better. I will definitely use this business for future work. Overall it was a four out of five stars. The mower I bought was great and works great however the time between dropping my old mower off and actually purchasing the new one was substantial. I felt like I had to work to buy a product.

I've always had cheap chainsaws and was finally ready for a high quality, more powerful saw. There are a LOT of options for Stihl saws and I I didn't know enough to make a good choice. They were very patient with me over a couple of visits, and helped with my decision. Now I have a great saw that meets my needs and a place to depend on for service and supplies.
