Wow, what a great selection of Arkansas Native plants! Flowers, shrubs, trees, grasses, vines - so healthy and wallet-friendly. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make this my new favorite Garden Nursery. Stop by and say hello to Rosie and Bob, the resident kitties.

I chose this nursery based on the positive reviews, and have had a horrible experience. We spent over $1000 on our first visit, and purchased two Taylor Juniper Trees. When we went to plant them, the root ball was obviously damaged. When I contacted them to share this, I was told that this was not possible and that my landscaping team clearly had no idea what they were doing. They stated the trees "appeared to be healthy" and discounted everything I had to say. I felt laughed at honestly on the phone and completely dismissed. They recommended staking the trees, so I paid to have this done and invested in fertilizer multiple times and watched as the trees struggled to stay alive. These two trees are in the front of my house. When I finally felt I had given them every opportunity to survive, I contacted them again. I was VERY surprised, given our email exchanged and their full knowledge of my tree's situation, to hear them say now that "we have had problems with those trees and got a bad batch." So clearly, at some point they realized these trees were bad. They did not reach out to me when they came to this realization, and they continued selling these trees after my complaint, clearly without even checking. Incredibly disappointing experience, and at no time, other than a forced "I'm sorry about your trees" muffled during the refund in front of other customers, did they seem like they cared at all, or tried to make it right. There was no offer of replacing the trees, no discount offered for future purchases or anything. I expect better treatment than this and better quality trees. I also bought a Willow Tree that has struggled as well, but they refused to refund that. Keep your receipt and don't let them tell you you're wrong! Their condescending attitude is unacceptable.

White River Nursery offers great products and prices, but the professional advice they offer sets them apart from others. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and I appreciate the information I received.

Love love this place. They are so helpful and know so much about native plants. I needed help with grasses and they were so helpful in helping me decide what to purchase for my spaces.

This nursery carries a lot of natives in addition to the typical offerings. Most of the employees are knowledgable about what they sell. Emails are answered promptly and they DELIVER within Fayetteville!!! This has been a huge help to me with the larger shrubs.

I bought a few trees from here a while ago. I'm fairly certain that delivery was free at the time I purchased them, but I could be wrong. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent service! Everything seemed priced fairly and they have tons of plants available.

THE local nursery to go to. Friendly people with lots of smiles. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Huge selection of natives, perennials, annuals, plants for food, plants for fun---the list goes on. Like any good plant enthusiast I am guilty of 'just stopping by' and this is certainly a great place to do so. White River has been and always will be the bee's knees.
