I love this guy sometimes he answer his phone sometimes he doesn’t just keep trying and if you tell him, you’ll be there in the next 30 minutes or so. He’ll just wait out in his truck and hook you up. All this rain we’ve had this new Bermudas coming out like Gangbusters

I have used the Sod Yard way back in the past as a general contractor. This review is for a recent visit to pick up two pallets of Bermuda grass very late in the season. I called first to check for availability, and they had freshly cut sod coming the next morning, so I head over early the next day. I picked up the sod, so I cannot comment about delivery metrics, but they loaded me quickly and without any problems. The sod was still green, but I knew I only had a few weeks left for the roots to take hold. I was very happy to see that three weeks later that the sod had indeed rooted enough to make it through the fall and winter here in Northwest Arkansas. They have the lowest pickup price on Bermuda, and they are conveniently located on highway 71B just outside Lowell. Earlier in the year I was not able to get zoysia as they were out, so I had to buy somewhere else. They are friendly but do not be turned off by the modest office setting which is pretty rugged. If you want a good product at a good price, I recommend them.

I would give them a negative rating if allowed....Do Not Purchase Sod from this company. We purchased 6 pallets of sod on June 6, 2020. The sod was very poor quality, different widths and had very little dirt on the back of the sod. We had over a pallet of sod that fell apart as we picked it up to lay. The sod is full of weeds. I went to the office in Lowell to see if they would refund a pallet of sod. I was told I needed to call Matt, the manager. I left a message for him on June 22nd and as of today I have not heard from him and his mailbox is full. This company is also affiliated with 2-State sod in Oklahoma. If this is the same quality I wouldn’t purchase from them either. We ended up getting a lawn service to get rid of their weeds. We also bought the balance of the sod we needed from 4 State sod in Bentonville, AR. Their product was fantastic and looks great.

I wanted to give this place a good review, but i couldn't honestly rate it anymore than a one, as it would be a lie to the genuine customer. I was promised a set delivery time at least four or five times throughout the course of a week and a half. Every single time I called, the man who answered the phone had no idea where his truck or his men were. He could never give me a straight answer. If I could give this company a review without a single star, I would. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered sod for pick up. Went to pick up, no one there. Tried calling before and after several times, no pick up on phone. Then was told by Bobby next door that he didn't even have our order. Must not need our business.

A little hard to get a hold of on the phone sometimes, but keep trying, it's worth it.

Worst sod I have ever gotten hardly any dirt with the sod and 50% of the pallet was junk and rest was falling apart would of been better off buying it from Home Depot for $480 a pallet

Only guy that works there sucks. Doesn’t know how to pick up a phone even after you call and tell them your arrival time. Do not reccommend. Horrible.
