Like this store, they have unique furniture and accessories....their lighting is massive if you are building a home and you can afford the nicer things, that you can't find elsewhere. Give this place a look...you can get one of a kind pieces by choosing your own fabrics. Not good at decorating in? ...Well no problem they have professionals just for you!

Went in for 2 design projects. Need high-end light fixtures for 10 rooms for a remodel and need to outfit an entire retail space. Our budget is about $15K. Tried to get help from THREE different sales associates. None of them were interested in helping us. They told us to email them. I tried to show them my Pinterest board with what I need. None of them knew what a Pinterest board is or how to work with one. Instead of logging into their Pinterest and following my board like other design firms do, they require you to copy every photo and link from Pinterest and put it in an email. This would take an hour. If I'm going to spend all that time copying and pasting, I could just find what I needed online and buy it there, which is what I did. This company was does not seem to work with designers and are not designers themselves. This was very disappointing because I've worked with them on other projects, and they always were so helpful. I wish the designers who used to work there were there. Shocking that we went in to buy, money in hand, and they let us leave without even getting our information. Not one of them asked for my name or email. Got the sense they have much bigger customers and must have a ton of business that our projects weren't worth the effort.

The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. And the prices are better than online! Keith provided thoughtful advice and guidance. He took time to explain the design elements and showed various options in the store and even provided a catalog to take home. The order arrived promptly and the team loaded the boxes into my car. All I can say is - Wow! And thank you! I can definitely recommend Lighting Emporium.

I walked in to buy items for a client. I was never greeted and when I walked up to the back counter one of the two men (heavy set with glasses) turned hia back to me. I won't be back. My client who has purchased many items couldn't believe it and said we will spend our money elsewhere.

The store is gorgeous but their customer service wasn't great. I ordered some lights, didn't hear from them when they were supposed to be in, so I called them and they said they were going to be shipped that week (this was 4 weeks after ordering the lights). Waited a couple more weeks without any communication from them, finally I called them back and they told me my items were on back order. Communication is key, and they couldn't pick up the phone to let me know what was going on.

lights look great and so does the furniture, but I really hope everyone has a better experience than what i’ve had.
I have had the wrong lights ordered, broken lights delivered, the wrong color of the correct light delivered, I had to fight to get a full refund when the sales person I worked with no longer worked there. I then had an order get lost, and when I came to pick it up, my salesperson frantically told me to go find someone else to help me because she was too overwhelmed. I have now called 5 times within the last two months and successfully spoken to two people who told me my broken piece (it came out of the box broken) would be ordered at no cost.. i’ve received no confirmation, no update, and the only time i’ve gotten called back after leaving a voicemail, they called me 8 times in a row until I had to step out of a work meeting to answer. Overall, I’ve had a very poor experience.
