Find a better price/service somewhere else. What I thought would be a $600-700 issue turned out to be a $1,100 charge. Took 2 weeks longer than quoted. Definitely won’t be a repeat customer, even the lady at check out was surprised/sorry at the charges.

I recently bought a pair of Tweel airless tires over the phone with Tawanna's help. I've dealt with her before and she's the best. She had the answers to all of my questions. We picked everything up a few days later. When we got home, we found out she was thoughtful enough to have already included the extra pieces I needed for a seamless retrofit. Great price. Excellent

I’m forced to shop here because they are the only BCS dealer in town. And the service side of the house has always been good to me. But the front desk is a mess. I’m frequently put on hold 3-4 times every time I call in. When I come in person, records can’t be found, equipment is hard to track down, no one seems to know what’s in stock, and it takes 20 minutes to check out. Frankly the owner has been grumpy with me every time I come in. Needs new management.

If I could give a score of 0 stars, I would. I was seeking warranty work on my Toro lawn mower I purchased last summer, so I consulted the Toro website to find the nearest warranty servicer to me. The Toro website provided Straights Lawn and Garden as the closest warranty servicer. The first problem I ran into with Straights was their hours of operation are not very accessible as they are only open 8:30-4:30. The second problem was there was no one to answer the phone when I called the first time after they had opened. Once I was able to get ahold of a person, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They refuse to do warranty work for Toro even though they are paid to by Toro and are listed as a warranty servicer on Toro’s website. I brought this to their attention and they hung up on my mid sentence. Based on this interaction, I would recommend straying away from Straights.
