Don't be fooled by all the lies !! I am not a disgruntled neighbor just stating the facts. Check out the area for yourself and you will see what is true or not.
Easy access to turnpike .. not anymore as they are putting thousands and thousands of new homes on a two lane road that backs up and takes 45 mins to go half a mile at rush hour with no relief for the turnpike until 2045. Schools are not wonderful as they are very short on teachers and asking retired teachers to come back not to mention the bus driver shortage. EMS response times are horrible as the county is atleast 13 stations short. This community and surrounding area is locked in with a two lane road as the only access in or out and no additional roads in sight until 2036 as the city keeps denying the roads after it was annexed from the county once the community was started and the county had approved them. Worst development planning ever with no concern for the many current residents. The roads were flooded from the recent hurricane that didn't even come to this county. Wish I could put zero stars !!

Spectacular community with amazing incentives! Townhomes in the low $300s is extremely hard to find!!?

Only one way in or out of the community. Traffic makes it almost impossible to leave in the afternoon and also the turnpike backs up everyday adding 20 minutes to your commute. There is no emergency services close to the community and if there was they would have the same problem of getting out as everyone else.

Evidently a lot of the reviews are of people who don’t live in the community and are disgruntled neighbors who are upset with developments. The community is beautiful and if there are issues with traffic, they should direct that towards the county.

Traffic is horrendous! Only one way in and one way out. If you have an emergency you’re out of luck. Turnpike and Old Canoe Creek Rd back up every morning and evening.

Terrible traffic in this area with only one way in or out! Not to mention the flooding this community has caused to existing homes in the surrounding area.
