I had a failing retaining wall on my stone patio of significant size and extreme difficulty to access for replacement. I observed the work Wendell Byrd and his son Dillion were completing on my neighbors property, and asked him to review my wall. Wendell looked at the situation and offered me a permanent solution to replace the wall. In consideration of the quality of the materials used and the lengthy labor hours required, due to the physical accessibility of the project, I feel Wendell gave me a fair price for the quality workmanship he and Dillion put into their effort. We had underground utility issues that Wendell worked around. Wendell would discuss each phase of the project, as we progressed, and he would ask for my opinion as needed. The two men work well as a team, and were very neat in cleaning up each day. Sometimes they would work until dark to complete each days goals. Over the course of 4 weeks, my wife and I got to know the Byrd's quite well. We respect their expertise, work ethics, and them as good people. I am disappointed it took so long for the wall to be replaced, but it was well worth the wait. We found the right company and the right people to assist us. Most of all we made new friends. Wendell and Dillion like what they do, and it definitely shows. I highly recommend them for any landscape or hardscape project large or small. Hats off to a job well-done!

My fiancée and I just bought a house last year and we were having problems some pretty severe drainage problems where water was collecting and entering my garage and utility room. I had someone recommend that I contact Wendell. He and his son Dillon are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met. He came out, we talked about solutions and decided that digging a swell around the troublesome corner would be best. I didn’t even know it was possible but he pulled it off, even digging around pipes and wires. Now we have ZERO drainage issues and the yard looks great. He has even continued contact with me to ensure everything is still going okay.

The cost was extremely reasonable, they did fantastic work (my yard looks even better than it did before with the sod that they laid), and my drainage problem is a thing of the past. I highly recommend using them.

Wendell and Dillion worked tirelessly on my landscape project, that Wendell designed, including correcting poor drainage of my front yard/scrubs. They took time to explain what needed done and how they plan to accomplish their plan.
