My wife and I stopped here at the end of a road trip on our way back to Mississippi. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful in assisting us find a pot for a rather large fiddle leaf fig we have. We also picked up a few Peggy sue iris’ and blue star creeper that have been hard for us to source for our garden at home. They have a great selection of plants that you do not see at big box stores. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. Shop local!

Before I filled my carport garden bed with monkey grass, the amazing plant artists at Garden Hood rescued me and helped me figure out a gorgeous collection of plants for the space! Thanks so much!

Best nursery in Atlanta. I have a yard full of beautiful, healthy plants from here, every one of them healthy, and well cared for when I purchased them. Great diverse inventory of classic standbys and unique varieties.

I came in today to find a large planter for my Japanese Maple. We were immediately greeted with the friendliest staff eager to help us find the perfect pot. I was pleasantly surprised by their selection. I will definitely return in the spring when I'm ready to plant companion pansies in the planter.

This used to be one of my favorite plant nurseries in Atlanta, and not that I don't think they have amazing customer service, knowledge and an amazing selection of plants, however, my recent visit has made me re-think if I would be able to purchase from them again, or just not as frequently.

They used to change $5 for a potting fee, but have raised it to $25. I 100% agree with having to raise prices due to demand and supplies, but a $20 raise is outrageous- the potting fee costs more than the plant itself or for that matter more then a bag of soil. I am not sure if that is a marketing tactic to limit the amount of potting services, but I am having a hard time justifying that much of a price change. $10 even $15 could be manageable.

It really is just sad, because I do love a garden, and I can say any plant I have got from here has survived past any of Home Depot plants, but the potting always made me confident that I bought a plant, and I knew it wouldn't die in the process of me trying to pot it.

A fantastic place! Been there twice in two weeks - they have a great selection of local plants. In addition, the staff is amazing. One of the members spent a ton of time explaining everything to me - including how to grow, water soil tips, etc. they also have monthly classes on fruit veggie gardening etc. a neighborhood gem! Yes - it’s slightly pricier than the big box stores but you are also paying for the advise and local touch imo.

Very nice selection of outdoor plants trees etc. Indoor plan section is not as vast but has good options. It is a joy to walk around in the garden-like environment. Parking is right up front (gravel lot) so it's easy to get to this location. Staff is friendly. I would reccomend this place, definitely

Great business. The staff is very helpful and they have a decent selection of plants to be a smaller, local nursery. My only gripe is the hours. They open a bit late for gardeners to get their day started. We like to beat the sun and the heat. And for those of us that work, they close at 5pm so you basically can't go in to grab anything if you're a working adult.
