Bill, Heath and Paula are the best !!! We had a major issue due to the location of my septic lateral lines but we were able to work through it. I couldn't have had a better company to work with. The finishes sunroom is absolutely fabulous.

Our first purchase of a sun room from Ozark Sunrooms and More was for our main house in Fayetteville, and that was over 10 years ago. It has remained delightful and maintenance free ever since. We have continued to enjoy it so much that we recently put a second Sunroom on our vacation bungalow in Springdale. We enjoy working with Bill and have always been impressed with the professionalism of his crew and the quality of the work. These have remained very consistent over these many years. We think both Sunrooms are one of the best additions to both houses. We installed a heated tile floor in this latest one. So, for pennies on the dollar, we made it a four seasons room and practically live there. We are convinced these Sunrooms add value and enjoyment to our houses. Thanks Bill. -Wayne and Kim

The young men who built it were very professional, courteous and reliable. They worked hard, did a great job and finished the project in exactly the amount of time they said it would take. Bought my Big Green Egg from them a couple of years ago. Both Paula and Bill are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Took the time to explain things to a newbie and never once tried to push their products onto me. Recently moved and they helped to transport my BGE to the new home. I always have a great experience when dealing with Bill and Paula! I had some ceramic inserts that cracked on my Big Green Egg. I sent the pictures to Paula and she reached out to BGE and got it all replaced for free!! What an amazing customer experience! Thank you all for caring about your customers! The quality of the sunroom itself is great. But there were so many misses on service. The owner himself came out to fix some misses from sub contractors but still left a mess that we had to clean up. There was debris on the floor, the HVAC unit, and in the window tracks. On top of all this, he sent an upset sub contractor out to our house when my fiancé was there by herself. I even asked him not to do so.

To add to the above, I recently found a panel that was installed upside down. Someone should be ashamed.
