My contractor purchased and laid 2 pallets of fescue sod in a small fenced area by our patio. We watered it 2-3 times a day (had some rain). Large sections of it died. After 3 weeks, I called and explained what happened to a man named Nick, I believe. He said they’d had some problems recently and this even happened to his mom’s sod. He said it may be an issue with the soil. No offer to make it right. My contractor went back weeks later and got 2 more pallets- which also died. We’ve spent nearly $700 and have a patchy muddy mess. Very disappointing.

These guys are the biggest bunch of jerks on the planet. I purchased six large boulders from them and paid for them to be placed in my yard. After weeks of waiting for delivery, the finally arrived, unannounced. Unfortunately the driver had no idea that he was supposed to be placing the boulders in specific areas of the yard, even though I paid for that ahead of time. He dropped the boulders in my yard and told me they would be back to place them. Well over a month later, and many attempts to call and have this scheduled, they have yet to come back. When I called and spoke to Hunter on the phone this morning, he lied to me and told me I got what I paid for, said have a nice day and hung up the phone. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else to buy whatever you may need.

Zack, Rosa, and Pedro are always so incredibly helpful! They are always wearing smiles and go above and beyond to communicate availability of not only what they have on-site, but also what is coming the following week. Definitely my go-to for all of our landscape material needs!

Most places we called didn’t even answer our phone calls, had to wait a bit for our order but was well worth the wait to receive fresh sod and not the dried up stuff you see at Lowes. Plan in advance and we received updates, because of weather delays which was great service I believe, would highly recommend!

My husband and I ordered several pallets of sod from The Sod Store in fall of 2017. We were very pleased with the service, quality and purchase of our sod. Because we were sodding for a new home that sits on 18 acres and honestly did not know exactly where all we wanted the sod it took multiple orders and trips. They were very patient with us and delivered three separate times and were courteous and helpful.

They were SO helpful!! I’m not much of a sod person but Chandler was extremely knowledgeable. Their billing person (Addie I think?) was efficient and nice.

The people at The Sod Store are fantastic. They provide a great product, whether it is sod, soil or anything else. Their prices are fair, and they are always helpful. I would highly recommend them anytime you have needs of this sort.

So woke up this morning in hopes of being able to finish a job today (In bella vista). Called the Sod Store and asked if they had top soil I needed for a job, they said yes they had it. So i got in my truck and headed that way from Rogers. Upon getting there I went to the front desk and asked about the top soil only to be rudely informed that they did not have it. "We don't have it" in a very snarky tone. Lady at the front desk was very rude. Not very customer service like. I've worked in customer service before and in my opinion if you can't at least fake a smile and be polite, You do not need to be dealing with customers face to face. Won't be back.
