Joe is great to work with. Responsive, fair, and never pushy. He keeps his site clean and his workers are efficient and respectful. We hired him for a large backyard construction project after a recommendation from a friend, and have since hired him for additional projects. Would highly recommend him to others and hire him again.

Partnering with Joe and his team turned out to be the best decision we made when starting our full backyard remodel.

After meeting with and interviewing 5 different companies, Joe made us feel comfortable and confident he could get the job done and on budget.

His open and honest communication style was apparent throughout the entire project. He took the time to listen to our ideas and implemented them with his own design spin to allow our space to flow seamlessly. Prior to each new phase he met with us to allow for any design changes.

Our project included redoing an existing pool, designing a rock retaining wall, creating an outdoor kitchen, a dedicated space for a standalone fire pit as well as all new landscaping/lighting.

Joe was on budget throughout the entire project and had a wonderful phased payment system as the project progressed.

His team was onsite every work day, on time and extremely productive.

Joe attended all visits with the pool company, granite warehouse, and outdoor appliance stores with us to help educate and advocate for us.

I would highly recommend Joe Dicus Construction for any projects you have in mind!

Joe and his team did a great job with both - front- and backyard. Listening to our plans and taste but also gave good advice on pros and cons for the project. Execution was flawless from landscaping , wooden deck over water feature, planting, lighting and a fantastic built-in fireplace in our California Room. THANK YOU!!!

We are so happy! There are so many good things to say about Joe Dicus and his Company. It was during Pandemic. Incredibly stressful time. He designed my landscaping and listened to me and
guided my choices. He quickly responded to my many questions
One day my backyard was dark
because of the smoke from the fires
His hardworking crew were on their hands and knees using flashlights to lay the pavers! Joe is meticulous in everything he does Great guys!
