Called to get some pricing. The gentleman who answered the phone seemed as if I was bothering him with my questions and was very sort in his replies. More expensive than other places but even if they weren’t I probably would not go here because of how annoyed he came across over the phone.

I called on Thursday 5 minutes before closing. They told me to call back another day because they were closing up. Then I call back Monday morning at 10:00am and they tell me that they can not deliver the day I need. So I waited over the weekend just to be told they won't take my order. I will not be calling back ever. By the way. Just starting a business that will be needing services like yours on at least a weekly basis. Tried giving zero stars but it would not let me.

I tried inquiring about their top soil and any other information they could give me about it.

I'm trying to place a large order for my company and I got an older gentleman on the phone and asked him a few questions.

I asked him about how consistent his supply was, if they screened the soil, where it came from, if they've ever had it tested, and if he knew anything about the process.

He was extremely short with me, replying "no." to all of my questions except when I asked if he knew how it was made. He replied, "yes."

When I asked if he could explain further, he said "no."

I hope I wasn't on the phone with management. Extremely unprofessional and I won't be going back. 0/10
