Me ha pasado lo mismo que a otras personas que leo aquí. Esta empresa no sé cómo es que unos dicen que le brindan buen servicio, cuando vienen a ver son los mismo representantes que nunca cogen el teléfono. No aparezco en su sistema como que tenga una deuda con ellos, pero “Vaya sorpresa” ellos si publican en el buró de crédito que yo les debo, cuando pagué hace bastante.

I have tried to contact Security Credit Services numerous times to verify my account shows paid off and for them to delete this from my credit reports and all it does is hang up or goes to a silence. This company should not be doing business is you can’t get a live person on the line. This screams SCAM!!

My reviews may seems a little weird especially ratings a debt collector,,but I'm rating the services that I received and the person that provided it ,,Kim from customers services was amazing well if i can find a word to quantify her services and her professionalism ,she was courteous,and made me feel like a human being,,we need more people like her,,how does someone make a call to credit collector pleasant,,waw I'm more than impress

Who is this? Putting information on my credit without any knowledge is the wrong way to run your business. I have absolutely no idea who this is and what this is about. If you have my information, please send me a letter with clear intent. I would expect a letter within 10 days. It was a year ago and I wrote the above review. Now, I find out that it is not even mine. Most business reply to reviews, good or bad. But this company does not even bother. Who is writing a postive review about this comapny. They work with Smart Leasing and they cannot prove that it is me. They dmaged my reputation and my ability to obtain credit FOR NOTHING. Remove me from your system immdiately.

This company purchased a debt from Tempoe, LLC who just settled on a 35 million $ lawsuit, where they were scamming and fraudently charging customers. I am a victim of Tempoe, LLC & now a Victim of Security Credit Services, LLC, they reported to the credit bureau I owe 1,282.00 I sent proof of payment, proof of overpayment, and proof that Tempoe,LLC was paid in full and they fraudently kept charging my account, I also provided My Original contract agreement which was Through Sears. This should have never went to collections as I never missed a payment. Tempoe LLC & Security Credit Services are scammers, and for whatever reason my credit is now negatively affected by Security Credit Services.
Today when I contacted them the customer representative was rude, and unprofessional, I asked to speak to her manager, she put me on hold, then hung up. I called back, when she answered she said "that's her" they never said anything else and hung up. My husband contacted them on my behalf with me standing there and they answered he asked to speak to a manager. Cindy the supervisor came on and was very ugly, unprofessional and not helpful at all, Then when we asked to speak to her manager she said "we weren't important enough to speak to her superiors"
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have also filed a complaint with CFPB(Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) My next step is contacting an attorney. I advise you all to do the same.

I haven’t had any issues with this company. I got a phone through Walmart and it was destroyed. I was irresponsible and didn’t pay due to getting a replacement. Long story short, I got plenty of calls and warnings telling me my account was going to go into a collections. Once I finally got stable enough to pay off the simple mistake I spoke to Cindy at this account who was BEYOND nice and respectful. Actually had a personal/professional Conversation like she was a friend of mine working for a company. I understand things can be aggravating when people don’t do their jobs, but Cindy is super cooperative and she definitely has feelings too! So don’t call and attack her!! She’s very sweet and wants to help you!!

This company won't even answer calls. Just tried to call 3 times, listened to the dumb intro, music started playing and then picked up and hung up on, 3 different times. There was a collection placed on my credit report by this company and I can't even get them to talk to me on the phone. I have pulled all 3 credit bureau reports and have filed a dispute. I also just filed a police report to support my dispute.
These companies need to have some ownership and liability for the accuracy of their work since they are negatively impacting peoples lives. When they make mistakes that impact people, they need to feel the pain and penalties of doing so.
Next step has to be with an attorney.
