I have been the buyer of Tillandsia at a wonderful Nursery in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last 4 years.

I began purchasing Tillandsia from Tillandsia International two years ago and have been buying from them ever since.

They have the most amazing selection of Tillandsia, as well as blooming and foliage color specimens.  Their available selections to choose from are enormous!

I have the convenience of visiting their website to see a list of what’s blooming, in color and on sale each and every week.

They do an amazing job of receiving my orders and making wonderful substitutions (optional) if they see necessary; they always do a wonderful job selecting the most beautiful healthy plants.

They’ve been growing Tillandsia, I believe since 1977 and provide an exquisite quality; their expertise in the business really shows.

Orders placed are processed swiftly and delivered often in just a couple days; they are diligent and quick!

This company is easy to contact via email, or by calling them direct.  (I process orders all day every day; and this isn’t always the case with some companies)

Tillandsia Internationals staff are wonderful, kind, resourceful people and their company delivers some of the most beautiful Tillandsia you’ve ever seen.

I have a fantastic relationship with this company and continue to receive only the best!

I have been ordering tillandsias from companies for over 25 years. I have been ordering from Tillandsia International for little over 4 years. This has been the best company by far. They are not perfect but nobody comes closer in quality, value, responsiveness and punctuality. Most of the plants they send are ready for immediate resale. They have a good selection and are willing to work with you if you contact them about a situation.

After doing business and spending tens of thousands of dollars with this company, you would think that they would be considerate and have some compassion for specific requests you have requested. But on a recent order I had placed, I had requested that if my shipment can be shipped after a specific date because of a long week end. It was agreed. Then without warning, I started to get email posting tracking numbers for a date I had specifically requested they not be shipped on. He had emailed me this email:Michael
This is Frank the owner. We are extremely busy and will get the plants out when we can.
I am tired of hearing you whine and complain. If you don’t like our service, move on.
If you continue to be disagreeable and sarcastic you will be refused service.

I told him to cancel my order and that will end my relationship with Tillandsia International. But the items were shipped any way. If you call a confirmed order that was to be shipped the week after the Holiday "disagreeable and sarcastic" I don't need his plants that badly. To me customer service is everything and TI lacks it.
