This store is amazing! You can get much better pricing on anything you need, they beat all other sellers by a mile. Great organic products in a wide range, friendly staff that knows what the hell they are talking about. Just today alone I saved over $300. Thanks Green Thumb! You guys rock!

By far my favorite hydroponic shop in Sacramento. The employees are very helpful and will provide you with honest information. Also really good prices compared to some other shops. These guys are the BEST! Will come back always. Thanks homies !

They had a good amount of selection, came in handy when I traveled 400 miles to get clones from a dispensary and needed soil to transplant them; but boy did I not feel too welcomed. I might just be use to how laid back and friendly the grow stores are in Humboldt County; but everyone was just smoking weed outside looking so serious and wouldn’t even look at me. At least the cashier made up for it with his friendlier attitude. Cannabis is suppose to bring us together guys, smile a little more and say how can I help you. Other than that no issues and bet next time they’ll chipper up.

After speaking to several employees on the phone and getting some prices
At the Citrus Heights location decided to check it out . Very annoyed that they failed to communicate that customers were not allowed onto showroom floor either verbally nor on their website! Most customers enjoy looking at the merchandise and different products especially when shopping for different customers. They assume that customers should already “know this” ,because they have some bizarre delusions that all retail stores are doing this due to a Pandemic. Not one store in eldorado county and / or Sacramento county have done this to me ,so totally ,ludacris and unfounded. Seems like they are making excuses for their own paranoia or lack of work ethic. If you don’t want customer contact buy a haz mat suit or oxygen mask . You have no right to assume “ everyone is doing it” as the manager shouted at me. The door man doesn’t know how to greet people and sounded like he just got released from lockup. It’s obvious these guys get no commission ,because all he wanted me to do was go away and could care less if I bought anything ! Very unfriendly and discourteous. Thru the window, showroom looked dirty , small and disorganized ,and nothing like what was portrayed on Facebook. Guess I dodged the bullet as they say.. Didn’t look anything like the pictures on the internet or Facebook. The parking lot was filthy and looked like a dead minimall Really hard to find because the guys answering the phone seemed like they were space cadets. Left there and went to Apple seed hydro in Placerville where the sales associates were much more friendly and showroom looked much better.
If you like zombie sets and Freddy Kruger then go to green thumb.
Total waste of time and workers seem more interested in playing games on there cell phones then helping customers! Total waste of time ! Do they really expect me to hand my credit card to a guy who looks and talks like a Zombie!
