Awful communication with clients. No communication if delays in shipping. No email confirmations of receipt of payment or shipping. Only communicate if you communicate with them. Last communication via email They were to ship March 7. I called a week ago. Claimed they had shipped later than March 7 due to freeze delays. Just received confirmation by my calling.
Shipped March 15. 8 days after they said they would. It is March 19. No Caladiums Lovely caladiums but will not be using in the future.
