My store experience at this location has been below zero by all staff. I feel stereotyped and not welcome every time I visit the store. I believe it’s the color of my skin . The Management and entire staff needs some training on professionalism and anti racism training.

I go to Sprouts quite often, and over time, I’ve come to notice a remarkable woman who always greets me with a smile and exudes a constant readiness to assist. However, today stood out. I was in a rush, desperately needing last-minute items for a baby shower I was attending. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the wonderful Jazz (I believe that’s her name), who could instantly tell I was frazzled and running late. With incredible warmth and efficiency, she guided me directly to everything I needed. Thanks to her quick and thoughtful help, I was able to walk out of the store with a smile on my face, and in record time! Her exceptional customer service not only made my day easier but also reminded me of the importance of people who truly love what they do. Jazz is a true blessing to your team and a shining example of what outstanding service should look like.

Ok I just LOVE SPROUTS! I spend over$200.00 a week there. But I was so insulted by one of the rude workers there! I was checking out at the self check. The rude female kept starring at me. Then, all of a sudden, she runs over to me and very rudely accused me of placing something in my basket that she believed I had not scanned, basically trying to say that I'm trying to steal the product. She proceeded to look at my detailed receipt on the screen, and she saw that I had scanned it. My problem is that instead of apologizing to me for her mistake of accusing me of trying to steal, she just said to me, "oh" and walked away. She never even apologized to me for her rude mistake. With this attitude, she does not need to work in retail. I told the manager and he was very nice and gave me a discount on my purchase.

Bad customer service!
Bad attitude!
No respect for customer!
Was purchasing some of my groceries at Palmdale new location,due to back injury could not pick up a gallon of water that fell from the cart because of floor not cleaned.
OMG two of cashiers were yelling at me with bad body language Water is spilling without knowing I can’t bend to pick it up instead of rushing to help me they were yelling at me.
I told them I’m so sorry I’ll pay for it.
No one responded or looked at me!
I shop every week there not any more.

Love that sprouts let's you try supplements and vitamins. And gives you a refund or store credit if you return. I love supplements and herbs, but some don't always agree with me. Here I get to try supplements and herbs with no worries of losing my money if it doesn't agree with me. Shop in places like here and Vitamin Shoppe!

I love Sprouts. They have 50 different kinds of plant milk, great produce, bulk bins with all kinds of nuts and grains, lots of specialty items. They have store brand items, sales, and on the receipt it gives you 10% off for your next visit. It can be expensive - but everything is expensive nowadays. They have vegan oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies.
