I was able to exchange a heater that was defective for the same one very easily! I had even got it at an Ace store in a different town who was unwilling to let us exchange it. I as very happy with our experience

Thank you so much Severan for helping us find the proper size grommet for our fifth wheel which was missing when we bought it. It was a very odd size and fit...but he worked until he found one that he though might do the trick. He didn't give up. We appreciate customer service like that and he deserves kudos for his perserverance...with helping to find a fix for us that was only a couple of dollars. It worked perfectly.

Recently moved to Show Low and my first few trips to this store were great. Very friendly and helpful staff. That was until yesterday. We just bought a house and needed keys made - unfortunately, I was being helped by Eli (sp?) - I have never experienced someone in a position where customer service is your only job and be met with total attitude and disprespect. After she rolled her eyes and turned her back on me, I got my keys and went to Home Depot to have duplicates made. I complained to the Assistant Manager, but she excused her behavior as a misunderstanding. I won't be back

Wife was in Show Low Ace today and left angry and frustrated. Although prices are higher, they usually make it up with helpful staff and coupons. Not so anymore! They could not find white spray paint primer, didn't have the color she needed, and wouldn't accept a 10 dollar coupon because of Thompsons waterseal. It was not on sale, but they seemed to try and find ways to not honor the coupons. Thank goodness there is a Cal Ranch down the street, that is a little more customer friendly.

The only Ace Hardware we've found around here is 24 miles away in St John's inside The Market, they have very little to choose from and the prices for what they are selling are a little too high. The only staff that you see there are store personnel who knows nothing about what they are selling. I won't go back there
