This is a beautiful, gated community with several waterfront homes and home sites. The community is located minutes from I-4 making it a great place to live if you frequently use the freeway or travel to Orlando or Tampa on a regular basis. This is an excellent location for a custom home building project.

A great neighborhood to live year round or seasonally. Lake views and access to Lake Juliana. And on occasion you'll see a seaplane splash and go from the near by Jack Browns seaplane school in Winter Haven.

I’ve been living here for 3 years now and I can’t wait to move out! The houses itself are very nice but that’s about it. The people are rude, the clubhouse is always changing their keypad so that no one knows how to get in, and the equipment in the gym are always broken. I went in to the model house to ask for help and the lady was nothing but full of rudeness and carried on with the paperwork that she had to do. It’s impossible to get hold of HOA and I’ve only been able to get their voicemail each time I tried to contact them. I have children and the people that we’ve ran into we’re rude and made nasty comments to them. I would NOT recommend anyone moving here.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in Auburndale! We mainly go here to take the kids trick or treating every Halloween and have for the last 5 years. The people that live here are just good people!
