Advance was an obvious choice for my basement finish / remodel project, as they have done work for my family for over 25 years now. The first thing to note is how nice all the people and contractors are. It's difficult to find trustworthy and skilled contractors when you're talking about all the different elements of a design/build, but Advance clearly has a trustworthy group. This is important, as each expert contractor is dedicated to their specific task, so if you have a special request or question in the moment, you can get clear answers and expertise in real time. The second thing to share is communication. Once the project began, I had a direct line of communication to my project manager, whom always answered/replied back faster than I expected. If we needed to consult with the design side, they were easily looped in. If we had to reschedule a work day, no problem. This is important as our project spanned many weeks, and we always had a clear view of who was coming to our home and when, and what to expect the next week. Lastly I'll comment on the finished product, which was simply beautiful and well done! Our project finished about a month ago, so we've had time to live in it and look closely at all finished elements, and it's simply spectacular. A design build firm with management that cares and contractors that can be trusted, and expert results. Sign me up.

Advance Design completed our remodel exactly as we wanted, within budget, and on schedule. We gutted our first floor and they ensured that we were able to make use of our refrigerator the entire time and hooked up our sink and oven as soon as possible, so we didn’t go without for long.

Advance Design Studio is simply the best. From the moment I began the process with their team, I had zero issues or concerns. The design team understood our budget and worked closely with us to see where we could save money and where we could spend a little extra. Every material/design element that was presented to us was practical for our family and absolutely stunning. Going through a showroom could be a daunting and overwhelming process, but Carrie made it so fun to pick out the finishes and collaborate! The project manager, Matt was always avaliable and communicated scheduling with us daily so there was never a question of what was going on. The sub-contractors were kind, punctual, detail-oriented, patient with my daughter who wanted to learn about what they were doing, and so clean - we never once felt like our hallway was a construction zone. We were left with a beautiful, functional, practical bathroom and linen nook and couldn't be more pleased. Advanced Design's process and business model eliminates many possibilities for surprise, and our project actually came in a few thousand dollars below budget, thanks to their careful and diligent planning. I will 100% be a return customer and will refer them to anyone who is looking to begin a home improvement project.

We hired Advanced Design to replace a balcony and door on our home. We're very happy with how everything turned out! They were very detailed and made sure everything was done perfectly. They also confirmed we liked everything and even offered to change it if we weren't completely happy. They kept the job site very clean which I appreciated. Lets me first say I have been in construction over 30 years and these folks know their industry! My wife and I have been working with them on our home project and its been such an amazing experience. Their team is there at every turn and doesn't try to do the hard up sell they know and respect our budget. With that the designers will make quality recommendations and leave the choice in our hands. These really helped us in hindsight. If we had skimped on certain things in our kitchen we would have regretted it, so glad we took their advice on a couple little tweeks. They are about high quality, but their costs are in line and you get the results you pay for! The owners Todd and Christine are very good at what they do, as are their design team. The people you meet there from the front office to on the job as just kind and classy. We have two neighbors that have also used them and they were extremely happy with their remodels as well. The experience we have had, led us to do multiple projects and bring our home to the next level. We are so glad to be associated with such and amazing organization.
