Just like Megan, I have attempted to reach Chris dozens and dozens of times over the past four months. When the voicemail wasn't full, I left messages continually asking for a call back asking for help on the sprinkler system that he installed. Eventually I received one call back from Chris assuring me that he would meet me at 5 on a Thursday. I waited and waited, and Chris was a no-show. Dozens of additional messages were left for Affordable Irrigation, no response. Are they even open?

The sprinkler system was installed only a year ago. No one ever answers the phone at Affordable Irrigation, let alone returns calls.
Incorrect heads were installed and my lawn is burning out because of it, and a sprinkler just flat out has not worked since installation.

In the sprinkler head pictured, that little dimple on the left is the water spray. The water literally dribbles out in single drops on an active sprinkler head and does absolutely nothing but let the surrounding grass bake in the heat. I'm sure the ants appreciate their drinking fountain but months ago when I began calling Chris for the warranty work, this entire area was yellow and dying, and Chris has known about this issue for many months.

I had the same issue in another area and Chris did eventually come back last year to fix those sprinkler heads, but to not stand behind your own work, let alone lack the common decency to own up to ongoing installation errors is disappointing to say the least.
Builders: your clients will be disappointed.
Consumers: you will be disappointed.

I've been using chris for years. I was struggling to find a irrigation contractor that would come get the job done.
I called numerous local irrigation companies but could not find anybody with the knowledge to properly diagnose and fix my problems.

My yard's irrigation system was a previous owners Frankenstein project....nothing matched! Suffice it to say that there were areas that used WAY too much water and too little in others; a system overhaul was required.
