Overall good products, have the lawn sweeper, aerator and dethacher. Poor rating is due to the customer service I received trying to call about a part that needed to be replaced. Before I even had the opportunity to explain the situation, the lady tried to dismiss me saying it isn’t covered by the warranty. Then I tried explaining what my issue was of a bolt that fell off while using the product, and she was being short and combative because I didn’t know the exact name of the part. Worst customer support I’ve ever received. I simply needed a part replaced that had nothing to do with user error, and was met with hostility on the customer care phone line.

Purchased Mow N Vac unknowingly damaged and missing rivets from the manufacturer. Worst customer service I have ever received when calling about the issue. They could have easily sent a replacement panel piece just as they should have sent the store since it comes in a crate assembled to TSC, a credit, literally anything. Rep was extremely rude and told me I should have inspected the (brand new $1500) item, it was my fault, and there was nothing she would do. I explained I had to borrow a trailer to pick the item up, I was not in a position to return it and was asking for help. So much for the 3 year warranty when the company won’t even warranty the item being complete or I damaged as new! Haven’t even gotten to use it yet, as I will have to purchase rivet gun to fix it before it’s in working order although still damaged. I don’t complain often and am certainly not rude when I’m forced to ask a company for help with a product. 1/10. NOT recommending due to terrible service, the rudest rep I have ever encountered. No one should pay this much for a product with a warranty that is not honored the day after you buy it.

Bought it , used it three times and the wheel gears striped out. Now can't find any replacement wheels. Even on company web site. Do not recommend Agri fab as a worth your money product.

Purchased 45-0548 Spreader from Lowe's. Found it was missing a part while putting it together. When I called Agri-Fab, I was speaking with a very polite person within moments. After explaining my issue, she did not hesitate to say a replacement part would be sent. 10 minutes after hanging up, I received an email informing me of the shipment along with a tracking number.

Made in the USA and incredible customer service!!!

Purchased a plug aerator and de-thatcher. Easiest assembly ever. Step one, attach aerator knives to the spool assembly. Went easy. Step two, push in plastic bearings.......didn't come with them. Wouldn't purchase again. Tomorrow I will see how their customer service is. If I receive missing parts I will reevaluate this review and update. Update..... After a call to customer service, missing parts were sent out in a timely manner. Had parts in 2 days. After completing assembly, which took about an hour or so, the aerator worked great. Nice deep plugs. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality piece of equipment. It would be 5 stars but since missing parts and a delay waiting for them I will only give 4.

I bought a John Deere Snow plow that is manufactured by Agri-Fab and had a defective part. John Deere referred me to Agri-Fab to get a replacement part. I ended up talking to Mayra there and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her communication skills are excellent also. She sent me a parts diagram to identify the defective part. With in a weeks time I got the new part and installed it.

I own 5 Agri-Fab products. One of my recent purchases failed due to some bad welds. During the pandemic, they couldn't get enough welders - so they instituted an automated welding machine, resulting in some bad welds due to start-up issues.

Sarah in customer service was great. Instead of replacing just the parts that failed - they shipped me replacements for ALL the parts that might have been affected.

I would recommend Agri-Fab products to all my friends.

Agri-Fab is the best. I ordered some parts from them for my husband's plow and they are excellent. Nowadays I dread when I have to deal with customer service or ordering anything. But everything was so easy and the people were so pleasant and helpful. Their service is the best.
