I agree with others who mentioned that Lawn King is rude. I was a customer for 8 years. I remember when I was considering using them, I mentioned to Jeff King that I had a lower quote. He became angry and I felt intimidated into signing with them. Years later when I commented via email that I was surprised by a price increase, Jeff King called me to tell me how offended he was............by a simple comment! He demeaned me and talked down to me. This wasn't the end of it as my next service was missed and when I asked why, I was told that they had decided to cancel my service. This was in violation of the service agreement yet when I expressed that in an email, Jeff King again called and left a lengthy voice mail message spewing hateful remarks and untruths. This man is a belligerent bully and there is no way I could possibly recommend a company who treats customers so horribly

Excellent service! They care for a neighbor's lawn, which looks amazing, so we gave them a call in order to get our grass looking better.
Extremely responsive when phoned to set up initially. Came out and gave me a quote when they said they would, and we hired them on the spot. Have just started applying treatments, will update as necessary.

I had another national company service my lawn for 2 seasons and weeds kept returning along with yellow spots. While they would come between monthly treatments, the problem persisted to the point trust was lost.
