Review Title: Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Service

I would NOT recommend this company based on my recent experience. As someone new to the neighborhood, I noticed their truck and equipment at a neighbor's yard and decided to inquire about their services. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that made this experience frustrating.

When I approached an employee of the company, there was no mention of signing contracts or any formal procedures needed to be added to their servicing list. The employee assured me that he would start servicing my yard along with others in the area. I took his word for it, and on that same day, he did service my lawn and requested payment through CashApp, which seemed unusual but I complied.

However, things took a turn during the third visit when something flew up from the equipment causing damage to my screen door. The employee notified me immediately after the incident, acknowledging that the door was broken. After he left, I expected some follow-up or assistance regarding the damage, but instead, he vanished.

Months of reaching out to both the employee and the company yielded no results. Finally, I decided to research the company and contact the service number listed and was eventually connected to the owner, Drew. To my dismay, he informed me that the employee had been fired and that the company would not take responsibility for the damage to my property. Instead, he offered to provide me with the former employee’s address so that I could pursue it myself—an unhelpful gesture that left me feeling unsupported.

It’s disappointing when companies do not stand behind their employees or take accountability for their services. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I caution others considering this company's services to think twice before proceeding.

Good morning! I just wanted you to see what everyone that goes in and out of Costco this morning. I have 21 years in the green industry and glad to be done with it. I know it’s hard to keep tabs on employees but this guy apparently was making sure the crape myrtle didn’t lean while his guys worked. Only problem is I can’t send the picture.

I have had to call and text multiple time to get quotes and responses from Shane. They were suppose to show up and do work the week of July 6th when I called then had to text for confirmation that we were good never responded and never showed up. I called he came by we went ove everything again. I needed a time and date. I’ve called and texted him. Haven’t heard from him since. Customer service is a waste of time. Go somewhere else.
