I contacted All-Pro to inquire about some small projects to be done at my manufactured home. Bill listened to everything I needed done and provided me with an estimate (broken down and explained) right there on the phone. He was very upfront and honest about pricing - even warning me that I would be spending more here than maybe I needed to. We eventually decided that my job was better suited for a Handyman business, but Bill's information was invaluable to me in finding the best work for my job. He even offered that if i had more questions, i could call back and bounce ideas with him. As a real estate investor myself - I think the industry is as much about educating others as it is real estate, and Bill& All-Pro really did me that service and I appreciate it very much.

BEWARE!!! This company took my $2500 deposit, and never showed up to install my 6-foot wooden privacy fence. After three times of telling me they would start the job and then didn't, I finally gave up and found another company who completed it within 5 days. Bill Session, owner of All Pro Fencing, blamed the weather for their three no-shows, but there was absolutely no bad weather the days he said they would arrive to begin Work. When asked that he return my $2500, he refused. Nowhere in his half page contract did it say it was non-refundable, plus no work was even done!! All the supplies were ordered and paid for by me, almost all had to be returned because the wood went bad by the time the real fencing company got started. They also took the concrete off my driveway that I purchased in order to work on another job they were doing. This was concrete I purchased and was sitting on my property, they took it without asking. This is a large amount of money for me. Please spare yourself the headache and financial loss and look elsewhere for your fencing needs. I am
Now having to take legal action which as a business owner myself is not something I want to do, but I'm left with no other choice.

If you are looking for a deck or fencing company, look elsewhere. We had a fence and deck built by Bill Session's company in 2017 and at one point he told me that "He couldn't be held liable for the people that he brings on the job at my home" after having to fire one due to their incompetence. It took them 3 months to build a deck that was quoted at taking two weeks...
